Very warm, welcoming environment. The bartenders and (I think) owner were very sweet and made well balanced drinks. It felt like everyone there knew each other, but I felt instantly welcome which was really nice as someone new to the area! Also was really touched to see that the management obviously cares for their customers as shown by the variety of toiletries available in the bathroom. Walking in and seeing multiple sizes of tampons and pads, deodorant, hair spray, and a few other things someone might need really cemented in my mind just how wonderful this...

I had a disappointing experience at this bar today. After sitting down, my husband and I waited over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from the bartender. Instead of greeting us or taking our order, she seemed more interested in chatting with other customers at the bar. Good service starts with a simple greeting, and unfortunately, that was missing here. It left us feeling overlooked and unwelcome.
