Just horrible called in for a pick up order this sunday evening and I was told about a half hour to forty five minutes, so be it. When my significant other picked up our food he paid and noticed that it was NOT busy and headed home to the east side of green bay. Upon arriving home and reviewing our dinner we noticed how his gyro was missing the taziki sauce....angered I was I called and explained to the woman (who didnt give her name) that I lived on the east side of gb and I was angered by the fact that is one of the main things to a gyro was missing she explained that shed talk to the owner and that all of the staff is new and so on, then told me one of the cooks that was working there tonight has been there for 3 months appalled I was, I explained I worked in the service industry for 7 years and how I know that cooks are responsible for packing all togo orders she said that shed speak to the owner and took my name and number and I stated I wanted a phone call from the owner and no one else and id give it a couple of days to hear back from him. Just disturbed by all this we opened the rest of what we ordered my significant others sweet potatoe fries were over done and mine were under cooked (mind you we took pictures to show) my rueben bread was not toasted like it stated in the menu and our spinach dip was only 4 scoops! My ravioli was placed into a container when clearly still hot when the lid was put on because there was a burn hole in my plastic lid! Just horrible have never had a bad experience here before until now...so I guess we'll have to see what the owner does about this to...

Been here a couple of times and enjoyed the food & service. I bragged about the food to family & we decided to eat there for lunch on Friday, 3/8/24. We walked in & it was busy and all the tables were full, so we decided to sit at a table that was dirty because that was the only one that could accommodate us. We were approached by the waitress that told us to get up so she could clean the table. So we get up thinking it would only be a few minutes. She proceeded to take other orders, clean off tables (not the one we wanted to sit at) and take checks. After about 10 minutes I approached her & asked her how much longer. (I had a party of 8) She said she was really busy & told me that it’s best if I just leave. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I thought it was a little uncalled for. So I asked to speak to the manager. She immediately went back to the kitchen and told him that I was being rude. He came out and said he wasn’t going to take sides because it was only him & her and told me to leave! I was so embarrassed that we were asked to leave….for waiting for her to clean the table and ignoring us? We had no choice, but how can you treat your customers like this? It’s not our fault that you were understaffed, but should have never been treated like that! I will never go back there and sorry I bragged to my family...

Pasquale's was my go-to spot when I attended St. Norbert College. The Italian Beef was quite the revelation for me. I had never been to Chicago for an Italian Beef so I was blown away the first time I had one. To this day I have never had one in Chicago so I can't compare Pasquale's to the best places in Chicago. I am sure someone from Chicago might say Pasquale's doesn't compare; I can't speak to that. All I know is that Pasquale's has some good food for its niche. I got so hooked on the Italian Beef that I don't think I have ever ordered anything else. I will say that the quality of the sandwich has occasionally varied. At its best, the Italian Beef has great bread and is very juicy. On a couple occasions the bread didn't seem as good and the sandwich was drier than normal. Luckily, the latter scenario has always been the exception. In addition to the amazing food, the prices are great and the service has never been bad. If you are in De Pere and looking for a place to eat that is unique to the Green Bay area, you'll want to give...

Make this your first stop for food and drinks in DePere. This retro-classic bar-cafe blends WWII era diner decor with popular song covers recorded by your favorite grunge-rock artists and plenty of other great tunes. Then there's the actual food... it will not disappoint. This stop included the Spicy Pastrami, piled high with a side of perfectly cooked hand-cut, home-made fries. A wide selection of beers with specials and a well stocked bar made for a complete meal. If you get the chance, ask your server to tell the story of this place. It has quite a few surprises, but I'll tease with this: a couple of guys from Chicago started it in 1991, and 5 years later their other life caught up with them... Bar, table or high-table seating available. Get to know the employees, get the Death By Chocolate for dessert and enjoy!

On May 6th,2024 Cheese Curd Nerd had the opportunity to stop in here and Try out their Chicago Style Dogs here. This place never disappoints or fails you. Overall they are my go to for these Dogs in the Area. They are definitely authentic and Chicago Style. They are the original 1929 Maxwell St Hot Dogs. These dogs are so flavorful and tasty! If your all about Chicago Style Dogs like myself this is a must stop. Great Customer Service! Huge Portions! Reasonable Prices! Even better food. This place is a must try! It’s always a great experience here.

Pasquale's has been an institution in De Pere for decades and remains amazing under the newest owners. The food is incredible, whether you go with classics like Chicago dogs, delve into their delicious pasta options, or feel like getting messy and chowing down on a rack of ribs. Their pastrami on rye is AMAZING. Prices are reasonable, portions are massive, and the employees are friendly and fast. Go there!
