This is my first time I've ever written a review because my experience on Christmas eve was horrible. I walked in that night to place an order. I walked up to the counter and there were two employees talking to each other. Then shortly the guy left but the girl stayed there counting her tips after counting her tips she takes out her phone and starts scrolling through her text messages and saying " I cant I have to go home" Then she leaves. After 10 minutes of waiting a guy comes back to ring up a tab and I asked him is there anyone here that wants to take me order. He replies " ohhh no one has taken your order that's crazy" I placed an order for 3 wraps. I sat down to wait for my order. Then hell broke loose the manager with the beard and cream shirt started yelling at his employees left and right in front of the customers instead of taking care of the customers that are waiting to be serviced. After sitting for 45 minutes an employee comes up to me to ask if I can stand and wait for my food because customers walked in and need a place to sit. I didn't say anything and stood up. What I saw afterwards was traumatizing I looked over a table and there was 3 adult couples and a little boy that was around 8 years old and the mother was passing the hookah to her son to smoke. The 8 year old continued to smoke for about 5 minutes and I took a video because I couldn't believe that 2 employees walked up to that table and not saying anything. I went up to a employee and confronted them about it and they replied those are his parents we cant say anything. My food came out and I left. As soon as I got into my car I realized ive waited an hour and half for my food. I've always gone to that place many times but this is my last time I step foot...

I had a very bad experience for my first time coming here and iNormally don’t do this because iJust let it go but I’m going to speak my mind today. So last night for my cousins prom me and her dad took her out to the hookah bar and iChose The Lava Lounge because iLooked them up one day and iLiked how everything looked online so iWanted to check it out. We get there and we sat for about 20 mins with no waiter or anything, and when we first got there no one walked us to our seats and our table was dirty. Within those 20 mins a party of 4 or 5 iBelieve, came in and they had a waiter seat them, they had their tables cleaned off, AND they ordered a whole hookah, meanwhile me and my cousin and uncle were still sitting there trying to figure out why we’re not getting any service. Now like iSaid earlier on, iDont normally complain because people who complain all there life tend to have bad luck or just bad days period but this whole situation really bothered me and iFeel as tho it was a race thing. The other party was Caucasian or whatever race they were and me and my family are African Americans, we got there first but yet they were able to order and get there hookah before us.? No that’s not ok to me, so we left and iWill never spend my lonely there ever idk what anyone says it wasn’t fair to be treated like that last...
