I've ordered from this place 6 times in the past 4 months and have never left a complaint because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt.

On the plus side: I know this is a popular local place so they're busy most nights and they are open late to accomdate their customers. Their food is very good quality and decently priced which is why I'm giving 3 stars.

This place is about a mile from me. I ordered online and email confirmation said it would be here within an hour. After 1 hour 10 minutes I called and they said they were making the food just then and it would be out within 5 -10 minutes. During that entire time I kept going outside to check because I didn't want my infant waking up to the knocks on the door.

Another 30 minutes goes by and the food finally arrives. A total of 1 hour and 40 minutes waiting for 2 sub's and a order of fries.

This is not the first time but THIRD that I've received my food between 1 hour and 20 minutes and 2 hours. The other 3 times they forgot my order of large fries and/or other food items.

Delivery should be FREE if its within 5 miles not $5 for delivery when I'm just 5 minutes down the road (I don't drive past 9 because of my children) and this was a place my husband and I liked to order from for late night sub's/sandwhices.

I included a 15% gratuity when I placed the order on top of delivery charge.

I don't know what the issue is but if their business is super busy they need more drivers or something. To wait over an hour (almost 2 hours) for food is ridiculous!!!

if you can drive to this place and pick up do so otherwise plan on waiting over an hour...

If you're looking to save time, money, and avoid a headache, just go to Ananas instead of Albasha. Ananas is right down the street and offers excellent customer service with no disrespect or attitude when taking your order, which is unfortunately common at Albasha.

I finally decided to write this review after yet another frustrating experience with Albasha. Despite my last experience convincing me to stop ordering from them, I mistakenly dialed their number instead of Ananas’s. From the moment the call connected, I was met with a disrespectful tone. Even though I sensed trouble, I went ahead with the order, hoping for a better outcome.

As usual, I ordered jalapeños on my sub and Cajun seasoning on the fries. Albasha charges extra for add-ons, which I don't mind as long as they actually include them. However, they frequently skip the add-ons, and when I pointed out the missing Cajun seasoning this time, the employee reacted with irritation. He grabbed the fries and dumped so much Cajun on them that they were barely edible.

At Ananas, it’s a completely different story. They treat customers with respect and never charge for extras, making sure every order is perfect. Even if Ananas started charging extra, I would still choose them over Albasha for the consistent quality and customer service. Ananas goes above and beyond, and they truly value their customers.
