I really wanted to like Dinoland. I honestly did. It had such great reviews and looked like the perfect place to have my child’s 3rd birthday party. Pros. The website is pretty easy to navigate and reserving a room for a party was easy. Calling prior and speaking with staff was helpful and they were super courteous over the phone and seemed like an overall accommodating venue. Even allowing outside food in if we liked (with the exception of pizza and beverage because that’s something we could purchase there). The facility was super clean. My child had so much fun in the play area, which was big enough for me to run around with him which was definitely a nice bonus. Cons!!! The party host was extremely disengaged and just not available the entire time. The only time we saw him was when he asked when we wanted our food to arrive and when he wanted us to leave the room because our reservation was over at 2pm. He asked if I needed assistance moving our items into the dining area. I happily accepted the help because between getting our kids together and wrapping up cake and food, it can be a lot. Soooo, fast forward to his idea of helping, he didn’t assist in moving anything but instead started throwing everything away. Untouched food/plates/beverages that just arrived to the room into the trash. When I asked where he put them he said he “threw it away” and our reservation is over at 2. I asked, so that means throw away things I’ve paid for? I’m confused. I then went to the front desk and they refunded the drinks we didn’t get to have and gave us another pitcher of punch. It was appreciated. I used the bathroom, and when I came out my husband is packing everything up, for a 2nd time. He was upset because staff told him that we weren’t allowed to have food outside of the party rooms.....in the dining area.....Make it make sense?! Mind you, none of us were eating at this point because we were still gathering ourselves after being RUSHED out of the party room. I spoke to staff once again and was told “outside food isn’t allowed in the dining area, just food purchased from the cafe” (mind you we ordered 3 of their pizza, guess that wasn’t enough) even though other families clearly had outside food as well. At that point I was over Dinoland. It wasn’t a good experience and a waste of money. The only saving grace is that my child had a blast running and climbing and that’s really all that matters. My advice to others. Skip booking a room that you’ll barely be able to use and be rushed out of and have things thrown away. Just sit in the dining area at no additional cost and let the kids play. If I had done that from the start it would’ve been 10 times...

I am extremely disappointed with my grandchild’s 1st birthday party at Dinoland. As a parent of five, I understand the stress that comes with planning a party, which is why we chose a venue that was supposed to handle setup, breakdown, and hosting. Unfortunately, Dinoland completely failed to deliver on these basic expectations.
First, we were told we could only arrive 30 minutes before the party to set up—understandable—but when we got to the room, it was still dirty with smashed cake on the floor. A staff member came to clean it five minutes later but didn’t even bother to apologize.
We were supposed to have a party host, yet no one helped us at any point. No one checked in, asked if we needed anything, or guided us through the event. My daughter had to go ask about the drinks and pizza, only to be met with attitude. They told her no drinks or pizza would be served until an hour into the party, and they even attempted to serve a burnt pizza until she caught them and had them make a new one.
The only time a staff member showed up was at the end—to make my daughter pay the bill. To make matters worse, they automatically added a $30 tip, which made no sense considering the lack of service and overall neglect. The staff spent most of their time sitting at the front desk rather than assisting guests or maintaining the facility.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, they announced over the speakers at 6:50 PM—ten minutes before closing—that anyone still in the rooms after 7 PM would be charged extra. This was incredibly unprofessional and put unnecessary stress on us as we rushed to clean up, all while the staff sat around watching. It was clear that mostly teenagers were running the place with no adult supervision or leadership.
The overall cleanliness of the facility was also unacceptable, with the public seating area looking absolutely filthy. My daughter was so overwhelmed trying to handle everything herself that she didn’t even get to enjoy her baby’s first birthday. The whole point of choosing a venue like this is so parents can relax and enjoy these special moments, not run around doing the staff’s job.
Dinoland completely failed to provide even the bare minimum of service, and their unprofessionalism robbed my daughter of a milestone memory she should have been able to cherish. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to host a special event—you’d be better off celebrating at home or in a private hall with...
Read moreIf you enjoy pure chaos, then this is the place for you. And if you’ve never been, don’t expect anyone to greet you at the door or tell you what to do. We had to call an employee over to ask them what to do if we had already filled out a waiver online. Which seemed pretty pointless since we only verbally said we completed the form and then the QR code that was generated was never scanned upon entry.
Food is okay, takes a pretty long time when they’re busy. They ran out of cheese for nachos.
Definitely do not expect your toddlers to be safe in the toddler area, as it is not monitored at all and children of all ages run through and trample over your babies. Big kids take over the merry go round in the toddler area, spin it wildly fast, and run the wrong way up the baby slide. There is a gate that is supposed to shut but it just stays open.
The “ball pit” (if that’s even what it’s supposed to be) is incredibly unsafe. Children throwing the balls at each other and hitting other children in the face. The thin layer of balls makes it impossible for any toddler to walk across the floor because they do not understand sliding their feet to avoid stepping on the balls.
Grown adults walking around barefoot like hand foot and mouth doesn’t exist. Parents sleeping on the couches and almost 99% of parents are sitting around on their phones and not paying attention to anything happening at all. People completely disregard the “No outside food or drink” signs and no employees address it. Definitely a health code violation. This place is absolutely insane. Never seen anything like it.
A child puked by the slides and I will say they did immediately address that when it was brought to their attention. There are far better indoor play spaces. Do yourself and your children a favor and find a different place to burn some energy. We will...
