Scoops, and Scoops, and Scoops! And little fluffy cows.
Weâve been wanting to try this lil spot for a while. Every time weâve pulled into the parking lot (since we frequent the vape shop for their bargain prices), weâve always glanced their way but due to lack of time we havenât tried their stuff despite really wanting to.
Lo and behold, thereâs our favorite lady from the vape shop next door! Sheâs super sweet, a true gem among stones. Very lovely, down to earth, type of lady you can really sit back and leisurely talk with until your orderâs complete. She works seamlessly with her husband, their banter is hilarious and cute, definitely not nails on a chalkboard like some couple-owned businesses. Quite the power couple those two! Reminds me of my husband and I. đ©”
Everything we ordered was delicious. My order consisted of a sundae (hot fudge) with an Oreo Topping while my husband got a soft serve with sprinkles and strawberry syrup. Our husband and son got two hotdogs, chips, and a Faygo soda. It totaled up to less than 20 dollars, 17-18 to be exact. The ice cream was delicious, Oreo chunks nice and crunchy, hot fudge smooth and thick. The soft serve was pleasant to the taste buds, smooth and cool, a very nice treat for a warm spring day. The hot dogs were tasty; theyâre your run of the mill classic hot dogs but boy, do they have the flavors of childhood mixed right into them. Chips are chips, sodaâs a soda; theyâre both well taken care of and maintained, kept in dry, cool spaces. The vegan flavors looked intriguing; I might snag one of those up next time around.
The space is adorable, very clean, warm. The little sitting spaces are cosy. No dust, grime, or even smudges anywhere to be seen. The kitchenâs open, allowing for a full view of how your ice cream is created. No tomfoolery there! Their cases look well maintained (judge the cleanliness yourself from my pictures!) and sanitary.
Last but not least.. the cow rack. And let me tell you how much I love stuffed animals. So how could I, a connoisseur of all sorts of plushies, walk by the stuffed cow rack and not touch every little precious bundle of fluff on there? Short story short, I couldnât. I looked around for a minute, searching for the perfect one.. and there it was, tucked between a little green one and a blue one. A pink little cow.
My husband bought it for me. I love it very dearly. Not to mention it was very reasonably priced for a stuffed animal. 7 dollars or so. Iâd definitely snatch one up before theyâre all gone đ©” very nice addition to my ever growing collection of stuffed animals.
Will definitely be stopping by again in the nearby future! Till next time Mister/Missus Scoops on...
Read moreMy husband and I took our son, his wife, and 4 grandsons on a Saturday afternoon. There were 8 of us. The kids are 2, 5, 6 and 14. The staff was welcoming and patient. They gave samples to the kids to try. They had a conversation with my 6 year old grandson. He is a talker! đ My daughter in law is 7 months pregnant. They brought her an extra chair from the back so she didn't have to sit on a stool. (The little kids were on the other chairs.) This was all fantastic customer service. We didn't feel rushed or like we were a problem even though we took over the entire shop. The ice cream was awesome! I had a chocolate and peanut butter concoction that tasted amazing. Everyone loved their ice cream. We will definitely be back...
