In the morning hours on weekdays, this location is like a freaking machine in its precision for processing customer orders in their drive through. It's amazing, I have never experienced another Tim Horton's location quite like it as a result. The people working the drive through window operations here knock it right out of the park in terms of getting customers in and out of here quickly no matter the size of the order being made, and even with a line of cars for the drive through that reaches all the way to the road I am pulling out of the drive through, with the correct order in hand, within under 5-7 minutes, tops. Which is why I go through the drive through here almost everyday - they are speedy in handling my morning commute, unlike other locations in the area where I have shown up and expectimg to be met with similar results to here have been sorely disappointed by. This place will spoil you, so beware of assuming that all of their other locations will be so fast and precise in the A.M. since I have found personally this is definitely not the case. Also, I appreciate the fact that they do not put 2 inches of thick cream cheese slathered all over my bagel, which is simply disgustingly messy and way overkill that ends up forcing me to pull the car over and scrape a layer off of the bagel when happening. This location uses a reasonably tasteful amount of cream cheese, in addition to cutting the bagel in half so much easier to eat in the car on the go as a result. Kudos to the weekday mornings drive through staff at this location, they all deserve a raise on this shift at this location because they are busting their butts to service customers quickly and efficiently and it has to show in their bottom line earnings as a result. Especially if compared to other Horton's locations, I would think this place has to be killing it in profitability during their...
Read more2025 review - After trying the Tim Hortons in Windsor, Canada multiple times, I can confidently say the coffee there tastes 10 times better than what I think is watered-down coffee in the States. There's a night-and-day difference in taste between Tim Hortons coffee in Canada versus the US. I'm 100% positive the ingredients or the process in the US are different from the Canadian side, which is baffling. Plus, a medium double-double with a toasted bagel and cream cheese is $5.02 CAD in Canada and $6.05 USD in the States. So, not only is the quality less appealing on the US side, but it's also higher priced.
This review is mainly about the quality of the product and not the employees or the location. I still prefer this location, and the team inside is super friendly and will always come here. But after tasting the Canadian side Tim Hortons, I can confidently say I prefer the Canadian side over the US, not only for pricing but also for quality in taste.
3 year old review - What a night and day difference between this location and the location on Michigan ave near the train station.
This place has been always good with the speed of the line, my orders, never had a mistake and their items seem to always taste a bit better, customer service is will recognized and they try to achieve it to keep customers returning. This has been my go to now even tho the Michigan ave location is closer. I hope they...
Read moreVisited this location last week in my travels. I purchased a breakfast sandwich. After paying and requesting receipt, I discovered that I was charged more than the price posted on the menu board.
I called the cashier back to the register, he said the price is programmed in to the cash register and he "doesn't hv any thing to do with the prices." I requested the manager, who turns out was standing nearby. She repeats that there is nothing she can do.
RIDICULOUS! UNACCEPTABLE! How can you be a manager if you can't problem solve, perform basic mathematics and approve a legitimate price adjustment?
The cashier was Assistant Manager. She was Manager and yet they had to call a third person to get approval!!! The third manager authorized the adjustment but the two couldn't figure out how to calculate it.
The adjustment was minimal but not the point! Clearly post prices and charge what you post! Imagine if they overcharge a number of customers each day!
As I was leaving, the Assistant Manager tells the Manager that he would hv taken the sandwich back--WHY? Punish the customer for your error?? Also, NEVER talk about the customer while they are still in the store! How are they managers? They have lost me as a customer and this was my first visit!
I would have posted a pic but I left my...
