A deeply troubling incident that occurred at your Dearborn location (4035 Telegraph Rd, Dearborn, MI 48124) on June 12, 2025, at approximately 1:00 PM. During our visit, my son and I were subjected to intimidating and insulting behavior by staff members.
I ordered an egg sandwich without meat for my son, but the sandwich was prepared with meat. When I politely asked for the meat to be removed or replaced, the staff refused to acknowledge or address my request. Additionally, the coffee I ordered was extremely dark and tasted bad despite my request for sugar and cream.
When I asked to speak with a manager to help de-escalate the situation, the manager aggressively slammed the sliding window shut, nearly breaking it, and did not allow me to finish speaking.
I then went inside the store and respectfully asked to speak with the manager again. I was ignored and told to leave the premises or the police would be called. I calmly responded that I had done nothing wrong and simply asked for the manager’s name. She refused to provide her name. I told her I would report the incident to the owner and corporate. In response, she stated that she didn’t care and proceeded to give me the middle finger in front of my son.
This kind of behavior is appalling. I am deeply shocked by the lack of professionalism and basic human decency displayed by the entire crew. I have never experienced anything like this, especially at a Tim Hortons. These employees demonstrated unethical, unprofessional, and entirely inappropriate behavior for a customer facing role.
Such conduct creates a hostile and unsafe environment for customers and significantly damages the reputation of the Tim Hortons brand. I strongly urge Tim Hortons to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident and take immediate disciplinary action against all employees involved.
Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, particularly in a family-oriented establishment like Tim Hortons. I hope to see a prompt and appropriate response from Tim...
Read moreI read the horrible reviews and should've stayed away. I gave them a try as I was on my prep from my students. I asked for a glaze donut and had to come back, making me late to go back to work on time, having to ask the workers to do their job. When I asked the worker (red hair girl with glasses) for the correct donut, she took it upon herself to get smart and yell at me at the drive-through window instead of grabbing the correct donut, which takes 60 seconds. After having an argument with the worker, I came inside to make a complaint. Of course the supervisor with short red hair and two other workers were standing at the register with the supervisor taking the workers side when no one cared to intervene when she thought it was OK to yell at me in the drive thru. This is not acceptable customer service. I never got an apology, nor did the supervisor say anything about the incident. The supervisor didn't see an issue with anything she did. I work very hard also as an employee who also works in customer service on the side who understands that people deserve exceptional customer service, this is not ok. The supervisor was more worried about their times when NO ONE was in the restaurant or was in the drive-thru. I will no longer spend my money here or with this company. If people hate their jobs so much, they...
Read moreOrdered online and store said they didn't have my items and couldn't refund my money. Digital support said only the store can refund my money, so I went back in and asked for a refund. Owen told me no manager was onsite so they couldn't help me. He was very nasty about it, he was the same one who told me I'd have to dispute the order with the app in the first place, and you can tell he hates his job. I don't blame him, shit wages to deal with a broken system and disappointed people? I told him to go ahead and call the manager to come back, so he went out to a car parked outside and then slammed his way back behind the counter mumbling thought she left but she's still here. Then a moment later a woman named Ashley walked out of the back and said she was the manager. She said she couldn't refund my order because she couldn't find it in the system and that digital support was the only way to get help. Ordered $25 worth of breakfast and got no food and no refund. Do not use the Tim Hortons app and do yourself a favor and skip this location for any...
