I have lived in Dearborn my entire life, and I thought I had tried all the bakeries in the city until I saw this bakery on my way to take my grandma to her dentist appointment. I called them 15 minutes before closing to check if they had Apple Pay, and they did. I went to the bakery and ordered a manushi (bread) with zaatar (thyme) and Jebni ( cheese).
