I purchased a Monaco bracelet and it broke after just three weeks of light wear. I contacted them for a repair, took it there, and after receiving it back, I noticed it was missing a link, and the stones on one side were dull and grey. I immediately reached out, and they asked me to bring it in. I drove over 50 miles to get there, only to be told they would "polish it" and that it should go back to normal. Unfortunately, the bracelet looked just as bad after the so-called "polish," and they couldn’t even locate the missing link.

At this point, I asked for a refund and was told I would get less money than what I paid. When I suggested an exchange instead, the bracelet I picked was 1.5 grams more, and was trying to charge more per gram claiming gold prices were higher, and somehow he wants to give me less than what I paid for the bracelet they damaged when I asked for my money back. This whole issue was caused by their faulty product, and them messing it up and yet they failed to take responsibility or provide a fair solution.

To make matters worse, I later checked Monaco's official site only to discover that this store isn’t even an authorized seller. So, the bracelet wasn’t an authentic Monaco piece at all. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere – this place has terrible quality and customer service.

Monaco comes in variety of karats shows your lack of knowledge specially being in the jewelry business. NEVER GO THERE!! I wish I could give 0 stars because they don’t deserve even half a star. Worst place you can ever go!! I took my necklace to fix it and they completely ruined it and took a whole gram off!! They would not take responsibility for their mistakes and were extremely rude! It was the worst gold place I have ever been! Learn from my mistake and don’t go there. If you want a good and trustworthy place go to Farah jewelry or the jewellery vault, both respectful businesses and care if they scam people unlike Jewellery Fashion.
