Bionde's Super Sub & Pizza — Restaurant in Dearborn

I’m 34. I’ve been going there since I was a child and the Bike/Card shop was next door. It was my dads favorite place for subs, as well as mine, my moms, and my brothers, our whole lives. Up until a little while ago. I’ve seen the owner claim they use all the same ingredients on the responses. That’s just not true. The buccaneer is a shell of what it used to be and the pizza went downhill as well. My dad stopped going here about 6 months ago, after a steady 20 years of once a month. After today, I’m done as well. So disappointing. I waited until after the 3rd awful experience to post this. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review, but this is such a drastic decline, I felt it was necessary….. I wasn’t referring to the list of ingredients on the sandwich. Referring to the quality of the meat. Can’t say for sure, but there’s a reason so many people feel it isn’t the same as it used to be. Simply isn’t as good. I can assure you this isn’t a “set up”. Just genuine disappointment. Was the single favorite sub for almost 3 decades……

This used to b a favorite place for me pre pandemic then during the pandemic people were looking for new places to eat and doordash to and they're popularity grew now they can't keep up so the wait is longer they're a lil more rude and the prices are up everywhere but now they're up over 30 percent 13 to14 bucks a sub but the pizza prices are still ok only because they're generous with they're toppings and they subtracted some things as well like the amount of toppings they used to give for free was great marketing and they no longer offer fried meat on subs which was sooo good an OMG i used to love this place but now im thumbs down they all about the money now and yu see the signs too like the staff always different every other month or so along wit the wait and prices but i gave them a 2 bcause if you stay away from prime time on prime days...

Just ordered for the first time from this establishment. After waiting 30+mins (the wait was not even the issue) we got our delivery and the order was wrong. I immediately called and the person checked and came back to the line only to tell me the incorrect order was my fault. Did not offer to correct it, instead said I was being rude which I was not only tried to correct my order. Someone else then came on the line, stated they could credit me for another pizza or they'd have to fond a driver to bring me my correct order. Stated they'd call me back and well of course that didn't happen. I called back only after tasting the pizza to let them know that I didn't care to get another pizza. Not only was the customer service bad but, the pizza was horrible and crust very burnt. Never will eat here again. Poor customer service...
