Bionde's Super Sub & Pizza

I haven't been here in a while so I decided to get a salad. When I placed my order, I was asked if I wanted onions and yellow peppers. I replied yes to the onions and no for the yellow peppers and extra tomatoes. Then I decided to add a slice of pizza. I didn't eat it right away because I was ordering it to eat later. When I opened the salad container I basically received an onion salad with barely any lettuce and there was not extra tomatoes on it. The slice of pizza had 3 pepperoni hanging off the side. Not to mention that the cheese tastes processed on the pizza and the salad. Highly disappointed. Rated a 2 because the guy who took the order was nice,
