Fatima was very professional, welcoming and very authentic in providing us with a VIP experience ... I walked in with my family including my neighbor ( Party of 8 ) and was just amazed by FATIMA and her teams treatment. She continuously and GENUINELY SMILED AND MADE US FEEL AT HOME AND WAS VERY GRACIOUS in her service... HUGE PORTIONS/ AMAZING FLAVORINGS TO OUR FOOD AND TASTE BUD NEEDS SIMPLY SATISFIED... We ordered the CHICKEN CEASER/GREEK SALAD, CHEESE HAMBURGER, ONION RINGS, CURLY FRIES/ WAFFLE FRIES, CHICKEN TENDERS, GYRO BREADS, CHICKEN GYRO SANDWICH ... I tasted every entree and to be honest with you, I’m dreaming/craving / and looking forward to my next dine at CEASERS coney island . Chicken Ceaser/Greek Salads were just YUMMMMM YUMMMM. Chicken cooked to perfection with breath taking Seasoning .. Both dressings were just very on point and flavorful . Meats of the burger itself were just freshly made and cooked to perfection of choice. It felt like a real BBQ—Taste burger . Huge and generous portions, very selfless and generous with their food portions/dressings and our waitress Aya was just a SUPERSTAR in her ability to create a smooth and priceless experience. They were all on point, well cooked, made with passion . The owner Z was actually in there in the kitchen whipping out our entrees and cooked with his heart ( A metaphor middle easterns use, I even made sure I went in person to thank him for his work- Z stopped what he was doing greeted me and my family with authenticity and was very welcoming...

i never leave reviews, I used to love this place but today i ordered my usual buffalo chicken caesar salad, and THERE WAS A GIANT BUGGGGG IN MY FOOD!!!!! I absolutely don’t do bugs and I literally ate most of my salad and saw it at the end :(( immediately called them they told me to come back for a refund, when i went there they told me to go to the owner, AND THE OWNER ACCUSEDDDDDD ME!!!!!!! OF PUTTING THE BUG IN MY FOOD. do you really think i would GO TOUCH A BUG AND PUT IT IN MY FOOD??? i was in tears and he started SHOOING ME AWAY with his hands! he was dismissing me and telling me he wont help me and that I was the one who put the bug in there. i am in absolute shock, and couldn’t believe the disrespect. one of the cooks or workers took me outside and starting apologizing to me, telling me he knows i wasn’t the one who put the bug and that he’s sorry. he ended up refunding me out his own pocket but i’m just absolutely shocked and disgusted by the treatment of what happened today. mind you i paid $17 for a SMALL buffalo chicken caesar salad, the menu says it’s $11 but apparently to add buffalo it costs an extra $6- owners words. none of my friends and i will be eating here again. I wish i could add the video of him disrespecting me and shooing me and telling me i was the one who put it, if you want to see it let me know but i just added screenshots of him...

2 stars this time around. We just finished breakfast and unfortunately, our group won’t be coming back to this place anymore. It’s really sad to see how much this spot has changed over the years. We were pretty disappointed with the food – the omelets were really dry, the French toast had a strong eggy taste and smell, and I couldn’t even eat it. Plus, the toast was burnt. We ordered chicken tenders, fries, and chocolate milk for our 4-year-old, but he got all adult-sized portions, even his chocolate milk was served in a big cup like the adults drink! It felt like a waste of food for him, but I guess more money for the restaurant.

To make things a bit worse, we were given plastic utensils because their silverware wasn’t washed—this was at 10:30 in the morning. The place also seemed a bit understaffed, as the few servers there were running around trying to keep up (God bless them). We’ve been coming here since 2013, and it’s always been our family’s favorite. But it’s really sad to see that over the years, prices have gone up while the quality has gone down. Personally, I would not recommend this place to my family...
