Every time I call to order food the girl Megan is very rude to me, I eat here 4 times a week and every encounter with this young lady she’s rude. She hung up on me several times because when she answers I say hello how are you before I order my food. Today I ordered my food the waited 15 minutes, as my food was being boxed I seize the moment to ask her why was she so upset with me all the time, She stated your food isn’t ready so step to the side, I replied see that’s what I’m talking about. Why are you so rude to me all the time, She replied I don’t wanna talk to you. You can leave the store or step to the side. Then step to the side and called her ignorant under my breath. She stated did you just call me ignorant your food is canceled. Leave my store I Replied that’s fine. Can I have my money back? She smart and said you used the credit card so you’ll wait seven days for your money to come back To you, I said that’s fine. Can you give me a receipt of cancellation just in case I had to dispute this with my credit card company She said no, and for me to leave her store. I then told her that I wouldn’t leave the store until I get my receipt of cancellation, she said fine and call the cops on me. The cops came. I gave them the whole rundown of what happened they sing no wrongdoing on my end and made her give me my receipt of cancellation. She then told the officers that she would like to ban me from the store and they refuse that because I did nothing wrong. She has the worst attitude and I promise you that I’m going to go over her head until she’s fired This type of behavior Was very unacceptable.

This evening i stopped by as my first time there and introduced my self as I'm new to this area as a new neighbor and I also mentioned to him that it's my first time visiting this pizza place. I ordered extra large cheese pizza. However as my picked up my first slice i notice something Hanging from my slice a long hair in the cheese and sauce!!! I had to hide it from my daughters because if they saw it they wouldn't even touch the pizza. Unfortunately I'm very disappointed and the quality of the pizza. Probably it's the last time i would visit this place again. .. Thank you for your defensive response... First of all, By the way, it never crossed my mind to ask for another pizza from your place ever again. If you think that was my intention ... Good luck with your business. Second of all since your response was very lame and accusing me of plotting a hair on the pizza is very immature. Your pizza is only $13 !!! What are talking about a free pizza .. that made me laugh 😂. I make sure to reflect this review all all my friends and family and the www. Thanks again for your pizza and service. Good luck with your 40+ service in Dearborn heights.

One of my girlfriends was visiting down the street from Demarco's, and she brought a Pizza and Garlic Sticks on the way over . The Pie was really slim on the toppings. Maybe one piece of Bacon per slice, almost no sauce, and the tiniest amount of cheese you could imagine (see pictures). I saw they offer 'free flavor crust ' on the menu, but unfortunately, that was not explained to my girl. So our pie was plain. The crust was good; that old school, Dinos or Lona's style (if you are old enough to remember those places). You also get a container of Banana Peppers in the box, a nice touch. The Garlic Sticks were excellent. Good crust, nice looking random shapes. You get a couple of sauces included. The sauce was sweet, thin and tasty. Demarco's is open until 2am on Friday and Saturday, now that's old school! I wish everyplace would go back to late weekends. Obviously a mixed bag. Super disappointed in the pie, but the Garlic Sticks saved this from being a one star review.
