For this location, I definitely need to leave a review. The other night, my order was incorrect twice. Count that, 2 times. I was dumbfounded actually. Because every other time, always on point. Always right. Always correct. Despite the order showing up incorrectly twice, by the 3rd time (which I accepted defeat), I hear a knock at the door. Was not expecting the delivery driver to show up. Wish I got his name. I had a feeling the location was slammed. It sure was. Everyone and their damn mother was ordering from here Friday night 10/18/24. Obviously they're doing something right. I didn't throw a fit or get all pissy about it. I've worked in the food/service industry. How they handled the situation at least for me was with grace and humility. Just because of this 1 mishap, it's not going to stop me from ordering from here. They've always done right by me. They've always gotten my order correct. The pizza I order is always delicious. Great job to the team that was working Friday night!! You felt a little pressure from the consumers, don't let it crush you. I'm sure everyone was doing their best and gave it their 100% effort. That is all I can ask for.

   Read moreI was asked to eat pizza in Dearborn anywhere I wanted and I chose Dominos. I called and the woman couldn't hear me so she transferred me to someone else. While ordering they were calling me back private from another phone number. 1. Can't answer phones correctly. I order simple basic items pizza extremely light sauce and cheese bread. Received specialty chicken and a pizza drenched in sauce. 2. Can't complete simple tasks. I called to explain pizza was make incorrectly and didn't get cheese bread. The said they would only replace cheese bread when I was not happy and she started to argue with me and HUNG UP. I called back from my out of town number and spoke to one of three managers and she was understanding but couldn't make a decision for herself. 3. Lack of management skills. She came back on phone 11 minutes before they close and told me i had to be there before midnight for a refund with the food. I couldn't believe the lack of training I dealt with tonight it's very disappointing. My pizza experience was horrible and disappointing. Will be contacting corp. The guy said âokâŚ.what do you want a credit or for us to remake itâ I said no I donât want the pizza you can come pick it up and give me my money back. He put me on hold with out notifying me so I thought the phone when out. I called back he had someone else pick up. I asked for him he takes the phone and continues to be rude. I said are you the manager he said âyesâ I said well I would like to speak to your manager because youâre rude. His response was âI offered you a new pizza or a credit what more do you wantâ
Then the âgeneral managerâ gets on the phone and is just as rude and says that I canât be refunded but I can have a store credit.
