Positives: Service was great, Alyssa kept right up with our crazy family. As for the food, let me start off with saying it was the best we have ever had at this particular Pizza Hut. Delivery always comes great, but normally when dining in the bread (any of them) is table hard... But this time I asked for the bread to be cooked a little less and they did great! The pizzas we're actually was fresh and perfect... Normally I wonder why everything tastes day old. I will always ask for it all to be cooked to where it is soft. Who would want hard food anyways?
BIG negatives: 4 of 5 of us wanted personal pizzas. After ordering a few minutes later Alyssa came back and told us they we're out of personal pizzas (again! this happens quite often). Normally we could just ask for a large pepperoni pizza and be good with it. This time I had a friend with my family, and her son. Our boys are 7 and extremely picky eaters. Maybe we should have left, but that is hard on our boys too, so we stayed.
What should have been a $30 supper ended up being $55!
The waitress when she came back explain that they did not have personal pizzas so she was going to put together a couple of medium pizzas and do half and halves on them.
We ended up with three medium pizzas, for two adults and two seven year olds. Can you imagine how much pizza we took home? A lot! And that is another issue... the pizza was going to two different houses and we ended up putting them in one medium box and three small to-go boxes. Are boxes were crowded, the pizza was upside down on top of each other and it was a mess. I told Alyssa this was not good, but she said it was not their policy to just give us medium pizza boxes to put our left overs in. We had tons of bread we we're taking with us, too. We ended up leaving some food in the table and some we wrapped up in our napkins.
Oh yes, this was absolutely our worst dining experience, ever. It was embarrassing, having a friend with us and her son. I didn't feel I could speak up at the time and make her feel like I was...
Read moreI was so happy to find a Pizza Hut that still has indoor seating...it was wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed my pepperoni lovers pizza. I was disappointed to find out that they no longer have the buffet bar with great salad and a variety of pizza's with various toppings, but I was told that is due to the COVID-19 situation. They said that the buffet may be back in a few months if the pandemic lightens up. They still have a big screen TV and plenty of seating. Masks are optional. Good food and service come with the experience. There is ample parking and they also do takeout and deliveries.

I was VERY disappointed today after driving all the way to this location in construction traffic, they would not serve me. They claim that they had no "wait" staff.

Well this is the next to last chance that I'll give Pizza Hut. I went back in today and was told that they had no wait staff again. I told them that they are quite obviously trying to go out of business. Why can't a customer order a pizza 🍕 and a beverage and sit inside the air conditioned store and eat it at a table. I will only give Pizza Hut one more chance after this. It's a shame that Pizza 🍕 Hut 🛖 will soon be losing their last dine in restaurant because of lazy/lack of employees.

Well I called ahead and made sure it was open this time, it was and I had a good experience today. I ordered the "Edge" Pizza and it was Delicious 😋🤤. But, at shift change, I saw customers getting turned away because the afternoon shift didn't show up It's a sad situation that so many people do not want to work anymore. It's sad for this Pizza 🍕 Hut 🛖 also. A lot of customers left angry and I don't blame them at...
Read morePizza Hut is my all time favorite pizza restaurant. I’ve had many birthday celebrations when i was a kid at other locations. This current experience on 10/19/2024 at 01:18pm was a complete nightmare. For starters, there are no hand menus available. As i was placing my order, we’ve decided to dine in and asked Anthony if we could dine in and he said yes. After placing my order, some caucasian woman was assisting another caucasian man all while I’m standing there trying to purchase our drinks from the cooler. I was standing there for like six minutes, all while the woman saw me and ignored me. I had to ask if i could be checked out for the drinks. My friend asked the same woman before she gave us our food if she could clean one of the booths and she said yes. So when the food arrived, my friend asked if she could clean the table again, and she asked with a snotty attitude: “did you order carry out or dine in?” We said carry out but we want to dine in. She said that we couldn’t because we didn’t get the service. They were going back and forth until i asked what was the difference because we tipped already? She was raising her voice so i raised mine to match hers. She ultimately said that she’s not going to clean the table, so i proceeded to clean the table myself. She then cursed at me saying:”get your ass from back here!” I was placing the plates and trays behind the counter on the table. This type of behavior is not acceptable to any customer. Especially a tipping customer. Very...
