This place was absolutely awful š Came in...no one was at the register. I looked in back and they looked to be cleaning I guess because I saw a young man mopping and the place smelled of bleach. Then an older lady came to the front and said they were closed..but We came in well before closing time. Then she said..the systems were down. So now I'm confused š Are you closed or are the systems down...or both??? We called prior to make an order over the phone and was told we had to make our order in-house. And when we arrived this is the service we got! The older lady said...I didn't get a call ..so you must've of got the order number. Thus was so unprofessional! She could've cared less! I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt..maybe her day was crappy already and just gave up..But looking at the other reviews this place has a culture of bad service..employeesand food!!!! Either way...Little Caesars you could have done better at this location. I'm visiting from out if town..but born and raised in Detroit. The employee that took my order added an item I didn't ask for but I decided with the amount of customers their was I would just accept the extra item. I waited over a 1/2 hr for 2hot n readys, an order of crazy bread and the Italian Cheese bread he added to my order. He then gave my order to someone else who had walked in after me. I then waited another 1/2 hr for my order and when I asked what it was that I was still waiting for he said it was the Italian cheese bread. I told the manager that I shouldn't have had to wait this long and about him giving my order to someone else and she didn't apologize but instead just walked away. The employee who took my order continued to keep having an attitude towards me and started talking badly about me to his fellow employees loud enough for me to hear him. Once I finally received my order he never bothered apologizing for the inconvenience or thanked me for my business. This isn't the first time I've had a negative experience at this location. I asked how much longer for those two hot and ready pizzas and the worker immediately gets loud and angry. Yelling it takes 30 minutes for a hot n ready. So I then asked why did you tell me ten minutes if it was going to be much longer. He says, if I donāt like it donāt come back amongst other things. Wow, corporate seriously needs to fire everyone and start over. Especially the boy that said if I donāt like it donāt come back. What in the world kind of mess is that?! Iāve been a manager before and his behind wouldāve been fired so fast for talking to my regular like that!!! But hey itās a new day and age. To the man boy behind the BP glass, getting loud with a woman š a real man would never. If Iām respectful towards you I would like the same courtesy. I digress.. After a period of time, I asked for a refund and received it but it was still utterly disgusting behavior and a waste of an entire hour of my time.
