This is ridiculous. Smh. I've been in this line for 15 minutes waiting on an Uber eats delivery order. Just open the inside of the store for deliveries! Especially if you know it's taking you 5 to 10 minutes to get through one car. What do you have 2 employees inside? WHY?!?! I feel for the people who ordered this food. I decided to start a review while I wait.. were going on 20 minutes now. I'm just at the speaker and the guy says he'll be with me in a moment. I really am disgusted with how businesses are ran nowadays. Ok after 20+ minutes he says pull to the 2nd window. There are FIVE CARS IN FRONT OF ME! If you're not staffed, just turn your deliveries off man! It's not fair to the customers ordering OR the drivers! What are y'all just trying to get all the sales you can? That often backfires. When all said and done, this delivery will have taken 45 minutes to an hour. FAST food! Smh.. Got in line at 2:20. It is now 2:45 and one car is still in front of me. Yes I will still be sitting here when I push "post". This is a pretty long review to write sitting in a line, and still don't get the food by the end. Your managers will love reading this one! Update: THE CUSTOMER CANCELLED THE ORDER! I hope y'all can learn from this review. You appear as a staff of complete idiots right now. There is NO EXCUSE for that. Almost 30 minutes to get one order. A delivery.. that you received almost 30 minutes ago. I would've cancelled too. Then dude had the nerve to act surprised. 2:40am and you've got 16 cars wrapped around your drive thru. Bring the order out.. something! That is just plain careless. This person ordered like $50 worth of food! 20 case of sliders, combo meals, desserts, fried sides, you name it. I get it was a lot. 30 minutes though?!?! Do you realize how LONG THAT ACTUALLY IS? To just be sitting in a line burning gas? I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE.. EVER! Read moreI was very disappointed with the food and the prices. To start, the place has posters of combo meals that don't have prices displayed, and the combos aren't listed on the menu. This would maybe be the only deal offered, but I'll now never know. I wound up ordering a fish sandwich (slider size), a SMALL fish nuggets, and a SMALL onion chips. My bill came to just under $8. Way over priced for a very little food. Mind you, I did not even get a drink. I drove across Telegraph Rd. from the Arby's because I thought I might get a better deal. Lesson learned, I could have had two good size fish sandwiches for $6 at Arby's, which is what I'd recommend for anyone thinking about stopping at this White Castle. P. S. I don't think I've ever given a one star review, that should tell you something 😳😠 Postscript: I got a response from the "White Castle management" that was just a vague apology, and directing me to a website to give further details. The girl at the window was super nice and asked for help because she hasn’t used them before and this boy or girl with glasses came over and started saying it wasn’t valid, I mentioned my wife took a screen shot just in case we ran out of time and it stopped the timer and then he kept accusing us of using a screen shot repeating what I said like a parrot without understanding.
