FIRE THE OLD LADY AT FRONT COUNTER! SHE GAVE ME A THUMBS DOWN AS A DELIVERY DRIVER? SO IM GOING TO RATE YOU GUYS BACK! I DO NOT WORK FOR YOU OLD LADY! YOU CAN RATE ME BUT YOU CAN’T FIRE ME! AND BEFORE RATING A INDEPENDENT DELIVERY DRIVER LOOK AT EVERYONE IN THE REVIEWS TALKING ABOUT HOW NASTY AND DISGUSTING YOUR ATTITUDE IS! 99.9% of the negative reviews left under SALS PIZZA are related to this old lady and I feel like she SPECIFICALLY TARGETED me and thought I wasn’t going to find out(photos attached) but she did it to someone who takes their job serious unlike her. I WILL BE SPEAKING TO A MANGER OR THE OWNER for her giving me a FALSE RATING. I do DoorDash and I always come here to pick up food. I have done over 750+ trips and TODAY WAS THE FIRST DAY a business took the time to RATE ME ON THE DELIVERY APP and that was the OLD LADY AT SALS PIZZA on Chase road. Businesses RARELY rate delivery drivers on the app (attached photos) because I mean I come there all the time and I’m doing your store a favor by trying to delivery the customers food on time right? BUT SHE GAVE ME A THUMBS DOWN! AND I treat everyone with respect when I’m working because I take my job very serious and shes older even though she acts like she has higher authority over EVERYONE even the customers! Sometimes I did want to say things but had to remember that my job was to get the food from A to B. She talks to customers with an attitude and makes them feel uncomfortable the way she speaks and tries to make them look dumb when they ask questions and makes people WAIT for there order while it’s just sitting in the warmer(seen a girl literally walk out with her card in her hand before because the old lady kept skipping her while her order was just sitting there). She does the same thing to the employees and seen it with my own eyes EVERY TIME IM THERE. TODAY, I told her the name of the order and instantly told me the order wasn’t ready but didn’t even go check?! Then proceeded to cash out other people who were in line that came after me! I seen the order in the warmer the whole time so I asked the younger guy in the back(had glasses on and hat looked yemeni) he was nice because he looked like he wanted to help me BUT EVEN HE WAS SCARED OF HER!!! OR intimidated by her Because I asked him, “hey I see my order can you just hand it to me?” (waited over 20 minutes now). NOW THE REASON WHY I SAID EVEN HE WAS SCARED OR INTIMIDATED BY HER BECAUSE he himself THE WORKER HAD TO ASK THE OLD LADY IF HE CAN GIVE ME THE ORDER BECAUSE HE KNEW I WAS WAITING FOR THAT ORDER AND THE OLD LADY TELLS HIM NO!! (to make me wait longer) as she was talking with another customer which I thought was so disrespectful, ignorant, and childish so here’s my review for you guys! Thank the old lady up front at the cashier if I can give 0 stars I would. I have attached the photo of the delivery for PROOF and how many deliveries I did 750+ and how long it took for this one delivery. Went to this place with a friend to dine in. As we’re eating, Sals sister kept peeking at us from the register, no words. We’re the only people dining in at this point. You would think she was going to ask “did you want anything else for your order” “how’s the food” “did you need any condiments, napkins”. Nope. Just kept peeking at us again and again. And then I started to realize she was thinking we were going to leave without paying. Two well dressed middle eastern men in their 30s are gonna run off without paying for a large pizza. Ok.

Speaking of the pizza. I’ve been going to Sals for a while. Whenever I have family coming from out of state, Sals the place I take them. The only thing getting worse about Sals at a faster rate than the customer service is the quality of the food. I don’t know if money is becoming an issue with having 2 locations and customers dropping like flies to other pizza places in the area, but, the food isn’t the same. I have friends that literally live a block away and were regulars that swear they will never go there again because of the quality of food going down.

Prices. Look through the negative reviews and you’ll notice a theme. Everyone complains the prices are never the same day to day. See for yourself. Order a large cheese pizza in 2 separate orders. Have a friend pick up the second one and you’ll see the difference. It’s an Italian owned pizza place in the middle of Dearborn. These guys think the community is stupid enough to get robbed and keep going there as a matter of convenience. And so far Sals been right. Take your money somewhere else if you have any pride. Once we stop going to this place they’re either going to go out of business or...

Poor customer service and food. I ordered spaghetti w/meatballs over the phone, reiterated my ordered 3x…. Came to pick my order up…. (the older man(?) idk if it’s “Sal” or not) He kept askn was I a door dasher (over 3x, not sure y he assumed that, is it cuz im…. Nvm)….Paid my total…My meatballs were left out, he said he didn’t recall me ordering that (I left it alone, I just want my food) he then offered to make them right away… once made, he tried to say again I had never asked for meatballs n that he hadn’t included them in my original charge. And that I owed him for them. I paid with my card, so I could prove my charges and I asked him to look at his receipt also. He STILL tried to dispute me…. After a 2min back n forth, he then said, oh sorry. Could have been completely avoided if he had of just clearly read the order/receipt b4 tryn to check me, loudly n infront of other customers as well…. The spaghetti...
