Worst experience I've ever encountered at a Subway, and I've been to some bad ones. I ordered online for it to be delivered, but I can tell you that everything happened before the driver picked it up. As soon as I placed my order, I called in immediately to let them know not to toast the bread. I do not like hard toasted breads. The "employee" who answered said they've always been toasted, and it was already done, and then she hung up on me as I was still trying to ask a question. Between the time I pushed the order button and my call, I can guarantee, there was no way the sub was made that fast. I also ordered extra cheese, but here is how it looked. The "not so extra" cheese was on the outside of the bun and completely melted to the paper. I've seen kids mishandle deliveries all the time, but this....this looks like they decided to scrunch it up and sit on it first, before the driver ever picked it up. I also ordered a cookie, but the chocolate was melted to the paper as well, and it was mostly dough. Wasn't even cooked all the way through. Now I know why Subway just isn't the place to go to...
Read moreBad Attitude. I ordered a sub on the subway app. When my grandmother went to pick it up they lady got an attitude with her and snapped that they never got any order. Even though i got the conformation and even got the update that my order was ready. I gave my grandmother a copy of the order conformation to prove that the order was placed and payed for. I then called the store to talk to them and let them know exactly what i had wanted on my order as the order conformation didn't have any specific details on it but when i called the lady who answered got an attitude with me that she didn't have the order and she wouldn't let me tell her what it was until my grandmother came back with proof of the order when all i wanted to do was just give her the details of my order while my grandmother was on her way with the conformation so it could be ready when she got there. Read moreI don’t come here often, but when i do it’s always great. I’ve never had a bad sub or a bad experience here. These people treat their customers with upmost respect and it’s very heart warming. It’s hard to get nice people now a days people are so mean. i was waiting to be helped and this guy came in rushed over and helped me right away at 4:08 pm on july 23. Thank you. I came from a 14 hr shift, i had a really bad headache and i just wanted to eat and sleep. He treated me with respect and if you ever see this i thank you so much and i hope he gets recognized for this review because he truly deserves something. Thank you for making me smile and just being a decent human being to me. You never know what someone’s going through.
