During high school I applied to work here , around the time I was 17. Folks I’m telling you , I regret ever working here, and I’m putting this out for anyone who wanted to apply or maybe eat here , trust me do not. The food is terrible and so is the management , that goes for Rasha (the manager) and John the owner . When I first started working I wanted to be a busser , my requests were denied and I was put on the floor as a food server. 3rd week comes around and my manager asks me if there is something wrong with me because I can’t “focus” well. From there she just starts making the most rude remarks about how I’m “slow” and can’t pick up on anything. I felt hurt because I was still new. Their were also times where I was put on schedule to be busser but it was only 1 day out of the week. One of the servers only tipped me 2 dollars after a 6 hour morning shift. Around the start of week 4, I wasn’t sent a schedule. When I confronted the manager about it, she told me to talk to the owner. When I asked the owner, he told me he couldn’t talk because he was at the dentist. I shouldn’t have to say it more , because my experience speaks volumes. I don’t want any worker to go through this type of treatment so that is why I’m leaving this review . Especially if you’re a kid . There are so many other great places to work,...

Need to do better— my boyfriend and I did carry out. Added a couple extra items on a sandwich, he went to pick up, brought back home and we found his sandwich was made incorrectly the extras were not added and the reductions were still present in his sandwich... Mine was made correctly, but very fat sliced onion pieces abs tomato ends that should not have been there. My boyfriend called to let the restaurant know as they were still open before close. Someone answered and said they will check to see if another one can be made as they closed their register. My boyfriend left with my phone because he was on hold abs just wanted to head up. I am not sure what happened after that but he came back upset that the doors were locked on him, they hung up on him with no resolution, and the kitchen staff were hiding from being seen. This situation could’ve been handled way better.

Not only did she make sure his food was made correctly, but she wanted to hear his whole experience, sincerely apologized, let go one of the kitchen persons from the incident the night before who should have did the right thing then and NOT close down early, then gave him a gift card for a...

This is in regards to "Bedhead Breakfast" a side hustle they run out of here. Beadhead Breakfast is a complete rip-off, do not order from here. $18 burrito, this does not included the delivery fee or tip, just the burrito, and it's worth about $5. Way, way, way overcharge to skimp on fillings. I ordered a Classic Burrito for delivery. I paid for extra sausage and did not even get enough to be considered a single order. It was 1 sausage link cut into the smallest pieces possible to look like there was more. This shows me that it was done on purpose to be greedy and cheap. There was almost no cheese and was extremely dry. It was nothing more than a hunk of flavorless scrambled egg, not broken up in pieces, and a ton of tortilla shell because there is not enough fillings or egg.
