Extremely uncomfortable experience here. It is a good place to study and most of the staff is extremely friendly, however the security guard who works here has a very aggressive demeanor and I felt harassed by him during my time there. Any movement I made (quietly and respectful of the code of conduct) was scrutinized by him and he was very rude. I was talking a low volume to my colleague over Zoom and he insisted I was breaking the code of conduct. I'm not sure if it is because I am a young female and he was generalizing that I may be disruptive but he was extremely fixated on anything I did.
