By far the worst fast food experience ever!! I am visiting here for a dance competition my daughter asked for McDonald’s before we had to go back to the competition I figured this would be a quick trip but it was not quick and resulted in wasting 30 mins or longer and I ended up leaving with no food at all. First, I ordered through the drive though window the lady didn’t greet me or respond back when I said thank you which always bothers me because I believe in being polite even if I’m the one receive the service. Well, she got my order wrong and I didn’t even realize it until I almost pulled off. So I went back to the store to tell them I got the wrong order. Some younger male was sitting in the lounge eating and greeted me when I walked in realizing that my order was wrong he yelled for someone to come to the counter. He was very pleasant and made the unanticipated trip in the store halfway enjoyable. There was a younger male that came to the counter and asked me did I pay with a card I said yes I had to go back to the car and get my wallet ( I wasn’t expecting to do that) because he said he would refund me the difference. He asked me what I ordered I told him then he asked if I wanted a receipt I said no thanks but he gave me one anyway and I looked at it and said you got the order wrong again he was like I know that’s the refund so I didn’t think anything of it. I stood there waiting for my food (correct order) to come and after about 30 mins of watching everyone walk by I asked how much longer it would be because I had my daughter in the car waiting for me which I thought would be a quick trip in and back. I heard the younger male tell the person “she didn’t order anything “ ( no eye contact with me) so the manger came over and said they said you didn’t order anything. So basically I stood there for no reason and why would I come back in the store just to get a refund and no get my correct order! Read moreWorst customer service ever. I have went to this particular McDonald's several times and it seems that it's something every time. They have terrible customer service. I was told to pull into a waiting area so they could make fresh hash browns for my order. After exactly 10mins of waiting and watching vehicle after vehicle after vehicle get their orders and leave, I finally went I to the store with a manager. She refunded my money for the hash browns, witch was a very generous gesture. I watched my freshly cooked get pulled out of the grease, not be drained and put in the bag with the rest of my order, witch had been sitting there the entire time. The bag was torn, grease was literally dripping from it and my hash browns basically fell apart. On top of all of that, some of my order was left out. I pulled back around to the window and told the cashier that I had food left out and the hash browns were all broken apart and requested that my order be remade. U was asked if I just wanted a refund instead. When I said "No", the manager was called and instead of speaking to me like a valued customer, they basically interrogated me. I was asked, "Did you not see your food being bagged?" "Did you not see the hash browns come up fresh?" I gave the food back, witch SHOULD NOT be allowed with everything going on in the world, and asked that it be remade. I was again told to pull into a waiting spot. The customer service at this particular McDonald's is the worst I've ever encountered. The associates are rude and unprofessional. This is a reflection of leadership...

Waited to order in drive for 10mins. Got skipped, and our order was never taken.
Drove to the 1st window, and the lady in training jokes about how our order was not taken- she "doesn't know what they're doing up front".
We ordered a large pineapple mango smoothie, and large banana strawberry smoothie...
We got to the 2nd window, and the girl says that they're out of the pineapple mango and asked if we wanted something else. As she's explaining this, she's attempting to give us a médium cup, when we ordered a large. The excuse that the machine had just gone down triggered me to ask to speak with the manager.
The manager gets to the window, and I explained the whole ordeal, and expressed my frustration over time. I was in a rush...
He asked us to pull to the side, and we waited another 10 minutes just to get the order right. You know what happened? They changed the bag for the pineapple, and brought it to the car. I was 2min short of being late. Thanks.
I don't know why anyone still goes to McDonald's.
Do not expect quick service, or a correct order. Frustration is served here. A refund was not offered, cause ** you, that's why...
