Subway — Restaurant in Decatur

I've been a Subway customer for years. Fresh ingredients, and now they slice it in-house so they can charge you what custom sandwich shops do, with infinitely more menu choices, bread and meat options, and the right amount of dressing. The young man who made my sandwich seemed to think it was okay to skimp on the veggies as long as he covered it all up with a river of dressing. The only brightside was the 20-something young lady who very quietly and efficiently kept everything stocked and organized and helped keep us customers moving along in good time, getting me checked out before my sandwich was even finished and wrapped. Would not recommend this location! Places an online order, said it would be ready by 4:05, arrived at 4:07 and the order wasn’t even started. Had a new hire doing my subs & a female associate “watching” over him to make sure he did it correctly. I ordered two subs. Basic off the classic menu. Tell me why I get home & I have toasted Italian bread, no meat, just cheese. Upon further inspection, my boyfriend’s sandwich also was made with no meat just veggies!!!! One week ago me and my boyfriend visited thos location at first I wasn't going to leave a review but since they decided not to correct the issue I'll let others know. First the staff was extremely rude was more interested in the conversation they were having than listening to there customer . I asked for my sandwich to be toasted 3 times and it still never was. The staff was so oblivious they had me repeat my veggie order a few times. There ice machine was down but wouldn't sub my fountain drink for a cold bottle of juice ... Not to mention o already paid for a drink and she mentioned it after I payed. I will not be returning to...
