I've been to this place a handful of times, and honestly, there always seems to be some kind of issue. It’s mostly younger staff working, and it feels like there’s just a general lack of motivation to do the job well. Drinks are hit or miss—usually not great.
One time I ordered a strawberry cheesecake drink that tasted terrible, and when I politely asked if I could swap it for something else, the employee seemed unsure and awkward about the whole thing. She eventually got the manager, who seemed more concerned about whether I'd drunk the whole thing (I’d only taken one sip). They did end up replacing the drink, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the situation felt unnecessarily uncomfortable.
Another time, my boyfriend was trying to order, and the staff couldn’t hear him. Instead of asking him to repeat or stepping out to clarify, they just… gave up and turned the speaker off. I had to re-ring the order just to get anyone’s attention again.

By the time I got back up there to ask for sauces the food was cold. I politely asked the carhop to remake the chili cheese tots part of the order because they're nasty when cold. He comes back out and says his manager said to tell me "he ain't remaking them because they'll come out of his check." Then the manager comes out to reinforce his stance and I said, that's fine, I'll reorder and pay again because I'm not eating cold food because they forgot to fill my order correctly. Haha, jokes on me. They returned the same chili cheese tots that I brought back up there, reheated in the microwave, and charged me again for them.
Oh, and at the time of writing this review, I pulled a long hair out of my breakfast burrito and no one in my family has long hair.

They can make no adjustments even though it is in writing & Sonic's known issue. The poor co-mgr has no power & gave corp# who gave me a person who could not understand until it was repeated 3 times & every letter spelled out using a word. She basically kept me on the line collecting useless information of everything from their mistake, my phone app version (which was up-to-date & she acknowledged), all of my personal info to end the call with she could also DO NOTHING.
