I rarely write reviews, but my experience at CiCi’s Pizza was so unbelievably awful that I felt compelled to share. My group of 13 showed up hoping to enjoy a casual dinner, but what we got was a nightmare from start to finish—especially thanks to the manager.
When we arrived, we were already a big group, but the hostess seemed annoyed and rushed us through seating. No smiles, no warm welcome. Then things got worse. The manager with grey hair and blue eyes, whose name I never caught (and honestly hope I never see again), approached us with a rude, condescending attitude. Instead of accommodating our large party or trying to make us comfortable, he acted like we were an inconvenience to his precious restaurant.
We asked if it was okay to split the bill among our group, a completely reasonable request. He flat-out snapped at us, saying it was “too complicated” and refused to help us. When one of my friends politely asked for extra plates and utensils, the manager rolled his eyes and muttered under his breath about how demanding we were. My entire group felt incredibly unwelcome, and the tension was palpable.
As if the attitude wasn’t bad enough, the food was cold and underwhelming—something I might’ve forgiven if the service had been better. But no, the manager hovered like a hawk, glaring whenever we tried to flag down a server, making the whole experience awkward and stressful.
I honestly don’t know if the manager was having a bad day or if he just hates people, but either way, it ruined our night. We left early, feeling insulted and frustrated. If you’re thinking about going to CiCi’s Pizza, especially with a large group, I’d advise you to reconsider unless you want to be treated like a burden...

There are 2 credit card machines. Big red flag. 'small' one apparently doesn't do discover. Other one, kept behind counter, does. Buffet with water for 2 adults does not cost $75.24. The register receipt indicates 15.24, now I understand why the little man was so edgy after running my card. He knew he screwed up.
Saw pending charge next day, called store. Jacob is manager on duty, explained what was going on. Took my information to relay to General manager to 'look at website's and he will get back with me.
They didn't, charge has gone through (no longer pending). Time to get Discover Fraud and Loss dept involved.
Oh yeah, when we arrived, the buffet was decimated. Doubt if there was enough pizza left to make a while one. Noodles were crusty at 'salad bar'. Girl behind buffet finally acknowledged me after I stood there for a couple minutes, assured me there were more pizzas coming out of oven.
I know that it's hard to find workers, but how does that cause pizzas to be BLAND? Pepperoni, pepperoni w/ jalapenos, pineapple with Canadian bacon / jam, sausage... All has very muted tastes. The Torino's in my freezer have much much more. And for the record, it's not Covid. Food elsewhere tastes fine

Read moreTerrible experience, employees could barely pay attention to even help us get our pizza (due to covid restrictions they have to serve us) they did not want to wear masks or even wear gloves when preparing pizza in the back or making people's plates. Only had pepperoni and jalapeno to offer. Literally 3 pizzas were pepperoni and jalapeno, my 6 year old is not going to eat jalapenos and being a "pizza buffet" should offer more pizza to customers. . After employee blatantly walked off without serving us, she went to the back to loudly complain with another employee while manager was contacted about service his response was "I dont know" to everything I said. At that point, I wanted a refund and to just leave. Manager then tried to give us the wrong amount back saying that's what he charged us (our bank app said different) and when asked who we can contact corporate or higher management wise, he refused to give any names, numbers or emails. Saying we would have to come back to get that information.
This cicis is the worst! I've been to several with my family, by far the worst. Been here multiple times and every time...
