Good Morning Donuts — Restaurant in Decatur

My hubby and I moved to the area recently, and have found Good morning donuts to be the best bakery in the area. We have gotten to know the owners and they are a couple of the sweetest people we have met so far as long as we've been here in Texas, just a few years. We have found the place is clean, all of the donuts, kolaches, croissant sandwiches and even the coffee are some of the best we've had. We frequent here 2-3 times a week or whenever we can. The service is very family friendly, fast, and interactive, even with the little ones around. 💕 Everything is fresh made every morning and for such a small staff, and considering the new owners have only been here since December 2022, they work very hard to keep up with demand. We were just passing through town and wanted to grab a quick treat for breakfast on the road. This place sure hit the Mark! Donuts were fresh, and variety was great. They had a nice homemade taste and were light, not heavy. Plenty of flavor in both icing and ingredients in donuts, without being overly sweet. Staff was super pleasant and friendly. Coffee was well made and they offered plenty of syrups and creamers for flavoring. It may not look fancy, but it certainly exceeded all expectations and I would stop here again...

Great place for donuts. The staff that works there , no matter what time , are always cordial and friendly. And the selection is the best along with the quality. We've been coming here since I moved here over a year ago. It's the last stop for us after we drop our grandson off at school and the Never Forget to get a dozen donut holes for him for when he comes home...
