I originally wanted to order through the drive thru, but with two cars ahead of me and no one taking orders, I thought it might be faster to go inside. When I went inside, there was one table occupied by customers and two additional customers in line with one of the two checking out. It look me a total of 25 minutes from walking in to paying and walking out. I noticed the first car in drive, the one at the speaker, got their food the same time I was checking out. Drive thru should never be that slow. If I hadn't been grabbing sandwiches for someone else, I would have left. To start, the two girls working were very slow and complained about drive thru and waiting on customers the entire time I was waiting for my two sandwiches, a footlong and a six inch. One complained that she had come in on her birthday while the other complained that she needed to look into another career because Subway wasn't cutting it. Their line was messy, their veggies were frosted and strewn with miscellaneous veggies floating in bins they weren't supposed to be in but travelled there by way of messy sandwich artists, and one girl made sandwiches while the other one tried to check me out before I had hardly begun my order and then went to hide under the drive thru window to text on her phone while, I assume, there were still cars waiting to order in drive thru. The one making the sandwiches took forever to assemble them and argued with me when I asked for a sandwich to be toasted again. Mind you, I only ordered a footlong and a six inch. On top of all of this, the top of their line and their sneeze guard were filthy, dusty, and smudged. I wouldn't normally go into so much detail, but as someone who used to work at that exact Subway at that exact location, I am very disappointed with my service and how terrible the service has become. As someone who goes to Subway at least twice a week if not 3 times a week, I'm so unhappy with what I witnessed today. I won't be back to that Subway for a...
Read moreIt was a horrible experience there were three ladies working one of them was very anxious and upset because somebody was at the drive-up there were two customers ahead of us who were ordering a dozen sandwiches then there was the fact that they didn't have any bread other than white bread and Hawaiian bread but the Hawaiian bread is extra or you don't get as big a sandwich so I didn't want that I took the white bread then I ordered a seafood and my wife word is seafood but they ran out of seafood for her sandwich after they had it halfway done they kept trying to spread it out to make it look more and I finally said just take some off of my sandwich so that it's more even and they said oh okay so we didn't really did have good experience there didn't get a good deal or nothing far as I'm concerned they should have give us the second sandwich beings it didn't have the meat on it that it was supposed to but that's the way it's run there at Subway at least the ones that that guy owns what's his name David Hines or Haynes I guess he watches his people on camera to make sure there not ripping him off as he rips...
Read moreI visit this location on a weekly basis simply because of its convenient location. The drivethru rarely has someone staffing it and I constantly wait 10+ minutes before someone addresses me at the speaker. I’ve started going in instead. Staff frequently acts unprofessional behind the counter with multiple instances of cursing at each other, speaking poorly of customers who just left, and refusing to fix an incorrect order. I went inside the store after waiting endlessly at drivethru yet again today and there was a staff member sitting outside with the drivethru headset loose around her neck while she played on her phone during break. This location would improve drastically if it had more professional service! I will continue to return though and suffer through the drivethru for that chicken...
