I gave this five stars because it's Perfect to my taste, incredibly fast, great atmosphere, clean and spacious gorgeous dine in. I am going to speak to the food itself in more detail so you know exactly what to expect if your less familiar with the Jollibee flavor profiles. But if you are, this is a great location and the food is so great.
The chicken is worldwide rankable as one of the best fast food fried chicken you could ask for. The gravy is amazing, too. Euphoric. The chicken and gravy is a euphoric taste experience. Incredibly good. I believe they use some amount of lard in the process for frying the chicken and the fries as well. Believe me when I say that's a Very Good Thing ...maybe not for your health but absolutely for your taste buds. I can't confirm that it's the impression I get though.
The fries are battered and refried and I love them, but they aren't the typical super crispy macd style fry. Their a little thick and crunchy on the outside with a softish middle. Perfect for me with gravy. The ketchup Is good as well but it is on the sweet side so if you don't like sweeter ketchup keep that in mind.
The Spaghetti is Filipino style, which means instead of parmesan, it has soft yellow cheese sprinkles, it's sweeter, and it has hotdogs and ground meat. For me, excellent. If you haven't tried it, you should. If your used to western style spaghetti this may be hit or miss for you however worth a try for certain.
The burgers are much more polarizing. They are very soft and saucy. I had the Aloha burger, and the pineapple is very thick with a sweetish thin BBQish sauce. The meat is a little thin but I personally liked it. If you don't like soft texture and sweet flavors, maybe skip this. There is bacon but it's soft cooked as opposed to crispy. Since I like soft bacon I was happy but I ate with someone who couldn't get past that element and was overall unsatisfied. Well prepared, but not for every palate.
Everytime I've dined here I was impressed with the cleanliness, the amount of staff to make sure everything is perfect, and the breakneck order speed. The screen that shows the pending orders...
Read moreThis restaurant is an over hyped fast food chain mainly caused by Filipinos and people who have or haven't tried it which in my eyes clearly doesnt live up to the hype. The menu is awfully limited compared to the ones of island and the ones back 16 years ago, the food is not on par with that of other Jolibee chains, and this is just a personal issue, but everytime i order 2 piece meal, i always have to wait for almost an hour yet i see people who ordered after me get their meals not only earlier than me, but also having a literal bucket of 8 pieces of chicken which is significantly larger than my 2 piece. I also believe that its not just me that experiences this ordeal because while waiting i see and hear so many customers complaining that people before them are getting their orders earlier. Now i cant say for sure on what is happening and why thats happening but the fact that there is no order when it comes to its release is just completely irritating. You would expect an establishment like this to focus on first come first serve, but that is clearly not the case. I can guarantee nobody will see this but in the offset chance you do and you are in the same situation as i was before ask yourself this, is waiting in line for nearly an hour really worth it for fried chicken that tastes 10% better than any other fast food...
Read moreI debated on leaving this review, but since Jollibee has gotten better than before, I wanted to add my thoughts on this. It’s been a while since I last visited this Jollibee in October of last year.
Before, Jollibee’s soda machine would be so bland. It would not have any soda that seems to be working. I went today and the machine was working fine!
Food: I got the 6 piece family combo & that’s my go to order here. The food came out so much faster than before, but it’s because there’s less people than before.
Service: I don’t think that Jollibee workers here are friendly but they’re not rude either. They’re just doing their job and I personally don’t mind that since they’re only taking our order & giving us our food. If Jollibee was a fancier sit down restaurant with a server and they were rude, that would be a different story. Since it is not, I didn’t have a problem with that. I have also never ordered through drive thru so I can’t really say anything about it. From others reviews, it seems like they had quite the experience from here though so I’d take that into consideration before ordering here through drive thru.
Atmosphere: One thing I wish jollibee would fix is their A/C. It’s so lukewarm inside so it would be a good improvement. The floor is always kind of slippery so I am always careful while...
