American Bakery (Harmon) — Restaurant in Tamuning Municipality

Possibly the worst customer service on this island. Ordered bread a day before, just to arrive and have them tell me that no orders were taken and that it is my fault for not taking the employees name. Then they blame the fact that we don’t have an account with them when we’ve been ordering with them every month. Then I placed an order with the manager and told him I’ll send someone with a check for the next day’s delivery. Now, I’ve been told by my the worker that they don’t take checks and that they’re not the cashier (yet they’ll run our card and take cash) and that they can’t call the manager from yesterday because they don’t know his number. All I heard from these workers with this experience is just excuses.

Would not recommend.

Update: August 13, we still had to use them for the business and we placed an order online through the wholesale website. We pay about 40 dollars for a pack of 15 bread and as we went to pick it up today; they stated that we need to pay $100+ or we can just leave the bread behind? What kind of business is this? We ordered a cake a night before an occasion. While ordering, we can already feel the women rushing us out because they wanted to close already and go home. Upon pick up, our cake wasn’t even ready despite it being paid already. The ladies there were back and forth and just worked on it right there on the spot and it was crappy writing too.
