Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Deerfield Township

It takes a lot for me to not be satisfied, but yet this (new location) just surprised me! Not impressed at all & in fact...I will deter from this location & Domino's for a WHILE! The service was speedy and the customer service was great, but it can only take bad food so far. Maybe since this location is brand new (it literally is only a few blocks down the street from where it was) they all lost all of their employees suddenly & they just had to improvise & grab people off the street as my order came in or if they literally were just almost out of ingredients....but that's what it sure seems like happened! I ordered a Medium 2-topping pizza, Chicken Alfredo, A regular Steak Hoagie, Parmesan Bites & a 2 Liter. Only the 2 liter is correct!! My pizza is completely missing a topping. They forgot the bacon! Oh no :( But I can't even eat it with just the Pepperoni without complaining because there's almost NO cheese on it Like did it evaporate?! WTH! The kids don't even like it! I cannot eat the pasta because it's almost literally just noodles! There's not enough sauce to cover 1/2 of this dish & there's literally 4 pieces of this little chicken....count 'em...4?! (These chicken pieces are the size of what I would feed my 16mo old niece). The Parmesan Bites are what they are....no complaints! At least 1/2 of the hoagie was consumable thanks to the garlic butter! Now my body won't eat itself because it's starved!! I only asked for pizza sauce & cheese on this sandwich...again...it's like they ran out of cheese & scarcely gave me & another order 6 strings of cheese each! I sure hope when they made this sandwich they didn't drop it...the sauce & cheese were on opposites of the bread! Granted, that's an easy fix...but try to explain to a picky eater that it's the same bread & sandwich they ordered....don't fly well!

Rant is over but this is down right miserable...

Ordered my first pizza at 7:19pm for delivery and received a text that it was out for delivery and would arrive at 7:36pm. Around that time it was marked delivered and there was no pizza outside my front door (I have a camera & got no notification) I then called the store and spoke to Michael who was also the delivery driver who I explained what happened and he tried telling me he delivered it to me and I had told him he didn’t & he then put me on hold and got the manager and she then proceeded to tell me he delivered it to a whole different apartment building…no problem, this phone called took place at 7:43pm. Come 8:35pm still no pizza and so I called back and asked where my pizza was? and she told me it was out for delivery and Chris showed up with both the old pizza & new pizza and then tried blaming our address for being the problem and that it comes up with someone else’s address and not the correct address. We have ordered Dominos numerous times since living here for almost 2 years and never had an issue until tonight. It seems like they just didn’t wanna own up to their own mistake and tried to blame it on...

This is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

About a month ago, I ordered a few items for some friends and myself during a busy time of day, and the order came about an hour late. I had called the store to check on the order and the young man I spoke with was so professional, friendly and apologetic. Turns out they were down an employee and temporarily understaffed. Not a problem, things happen! The pizza and items finally got to me and all was fine.

However, that night the store manager called to apologize, sent us out free pizza, then a gift card to replace the items that were not on time. They were so professional and compensated us many times over what they should have. I worked in the food industry in high school and college and know how stressful it can be! Yet everyone I have ever spoken to at this store has been great under pressure, extremely accommodating, and friendly.

THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS! I give them an A for the food and an A+ for effort and customer service. Very professional and that is so...
