LaRosa's Pizza Landen — Restaurant in Deerfield Township

Update 8.6.23: The Now Hiring servers, drivers, ... and the Due to staffing shortage... signs, lets you know you're in for slow service. However, Hannah H. did her best. The food - pretzels bites, salad, pizza and cheesecake scoops- was great as usual.

Update 4.3.23: The Barbecue Chicken and Bacon pizza (no bacon) was a nice change from a traditional pizza.

Update: 10.16.22: I am beginning to think Stacey is the only one that works at this LaRosa. Once again, it was a pleasure to have her as our server. She is friendly, and very attentive all while having a smile that makes you smile back. Great job, Stacey! I was sad to see a sign that said the dining room would be closed from 2:00-4:00 pm due to staffing issues, but glad we arrived when we did so we could enjoy a nice family lunch at LaRosa. The pretzel bites and spinach rondos were awesome appetizers, and no one makes a better salad than LaRosa.

Although short staffed due to prom night, Stacey once again provided an excellent dining experience. LaRosa was out of lettuce, but Stacey made sure I enjoyed a salad by providing me with a bowl of salad toppings!

Wife and I came to this location on our first date. Came back for our anniversary. They had to comp half of the people’s orders in the restaurant including ours. We waited over 45 minutes for one pizza. I kept looking back and saw the cooks having to be told that the order was wrong. And it took longer because the language they speak is Spanish.. server didn’t speak Spanish as we watched her try to explain what was wrong. Food came back out wrong again. I even told the server I can speak Spanish and will tell him if she couldn’t. ..can’t speak English and you have to go through a phone translator to do your job… You need to be fired for not being able to complete the job. It makes it harder on the servers who by the way was doing the best she could. No issue with her at all. It was the staff who didn’t speak any English in the back.. I’d suggest you either learn English. Or find somewhere else. By the time the food got to our table we paid and left with a pizza that was still wrong after 3 try’s in a box.. didn’t even get...

Went here on a Sunday afternoon three weeks ago. It was not busy and hardly anyone in the dining area. It was three adults and five kids- we were told it would be a 10 minute wait to seat all of us so we waited. It wasn't long that another family came in - a much larger group and was sat down ahead of us. So I asked if it would be much longer. Was told they're cleaning a booth for us so we waited. More people came- in more people sat down. So now the kids are noticing it too. I asked politely if we could sit at the big empty booth towards the back this time two women kept talking at the counter so I just assumed they didn't hear me and walked up to them to ask and they both kept talking as if I wasn't there. My brother suggested we just leave at this point since we've already been sitting there a total of 40 minutes and people kept coming in and being seated ahead of us. Very disappointed but not surprised. We will never come...
