I did a mobile order and Was driving which took me 30 mins if not a little less to get there. When I arrived a woman who works there named Yolanda if Iām not mistaken was there, Iāve seen her before and she always seems to have a bad attitude. I went to get my drink and as Iām walking away to browse the isles in the gas station I tried my latte to which I knew it wasnāt made how I like it. I went back and told her I didnāt like and she automatically got angry and told me if I didnāt take 3 hours to get there it would be fine. We continued To go back and forth and she finally decided she would reMake my coffee but made sure to let me know she would take 2-3 other customers behind me before she did mine which was fine, as soon as it was my turn the latte machine magically didnāt work Any longer ( clearly she did that on purpose) I told her I wanted my money back and she refused and told me to call customer service. So I lost money because she wouldnāt remake My coffee. Iāve never had someone treat me as rudely as she did that night. She needs to reprimanded seeing as she does this often to many customers and seeing as her attitude is still the same she clearly gets away...

Yeah getting an order wrong every once in a while thatās an accident, but EVERY SINGLE TIME that just makes me feel like she does it on purpose or that she just doesnāt care about what people actually want and just makes it however she feels like making it.
Now for the Dunkin as a whole, besides maybe 2 or 3 employees the customer service is terrible. Most of the employees there in the morning will just stand there screaming at each other in Spanish ( you can hear them all the way across the store when your standing at the circle k coolers) while ignoring customers waiting to have their orders taken. DONNA and RICHARD are the ONLY employees that take the time to make orders correctly. Everyone else stands there on their phones. They have order screens but always have to ask u a million times how you like your order made and then still...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreevery single time i come to this dunkin, they mess up my order. it does not matter what it is, it always tastes like river water. this time my boyfriend ordered a mocha cold brew with cold foam and an iced coffee. they did not put cold foam or mocha in the cold brew, and they didnāt put any flavoring or cream in the coffee, just sugar. it even says āāmocha cold brew with cold foamā and āiced coffee with butter pecan and cream and sugarā on the stickers on the side of the cup. my boyfriend didnāt go back in the store and brought it to me. and i had to doctor it up. i would like to add that the employees are 95% of the time working by themselves, and my boyfriend says that the kid taking his order looked very confused. poor thing. learn how to train your employees correctly. i donāt usually leave bad reviews but iām honestly fed up with this place. too bad this is the only dunkin in...
