Burger King — Restaurant in DeForest

There is some real shadiness going on here. This location was already on Google and had a large number of 1 star reviews. Now it has a new map location and all those reviews are gone? I am going to re-post my review:

23Feb2023: We stopped in at right around 6p. After standing in line at the counter for around 3 minutes, the couple in front of us said that they had already been there for 10 minutes and then they left. We were then the only customers. We waited for several more minutes before also leaving.

There were 4 workers behind the counter, taking care of the drive thru. Why was no one helping the counter? Where is the management? This was a super disappointing visit and we will not be back.

Also, the app still won't let me...

Burger King, hire more help!! We were in this afternoon and Sam was busting as* behind the counter taking orders at the counter inside and the drive thru with 1 woman in the back doing her best to keep up. Sam was working with limited resources/ staff (no whopper patties) and she problem solved as she went, all the while apologizing for the wait and was willing to get all the little extra needs that arose without a bad attitude or pissy response. Decided to give this a try since we hadn’t eaten at a BK in years. The most uninspired staff served us food that definitely was not freshly made. Lukewarm at best. When I took my onion rings to the counter to ask for freshly made ones the shift manager didn’t even bother to pretend he cared. Several minutes later he brought the new rings to me and did not say a word to me. Husband and I both felt that he was largely responsible for the lack of enthusiasm shown by the rest of the crew. Our 2 meals cost us $22! For a few dollars more I’ll gladly take my business to a restaurant that cares...
