A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Vienna

Meh. Some guy behind the counter was constantly yelling at other employees (I'm assuming he was a supervisor of some sort) in a demeaning, "power trip" kind of way. The lettuce was completely soggy and limp and the onion was way too strong (over ripe) on my burger. The only reason I went there was because the Rocky's next to it (same employees, both restaurants are inside the same convenience store) didn't have any slices ready at all and said it would be almost 15 min for any of them. Nothing was in the process of being replaced, either. With so many fast food choices, (5 others within 2 blocks) I would avoid these and pick another one. Update* I just noticed all the terrible reviews. I also noticed NO replies from any kind of owner to any of these terrible reviews. One of the few good reviews was from someone with the "All Stop" logo as a profile pic. This is the convenience store these restaurants are in....

Worst fast food resturant experience ever and we eat out alot. Food cold and service terrible, waited 10 minutes first in line at register to even be looked at 2 people behind us we ordered waited another 15 minutes to get an employee to ask if there was a problem just for us to say still waiting on order while 4 employees just standing around and 1 working and 1 other 1/2 working so finally got food maybe 25 minutes total time passed, now remember 2 people behind us, we went and ate or meals and checked out stuff on phones then went to get refills on drinks and the same 2 people still waiting on food orders and asking for refunds. What a crappy way of doing business and the franchise owner needs to get involved. NO ACCTUALLY CORPRATE A&W NEEDS TO BE INVOLVED AT THIS...

Came in at ~7:30pm on a Sunday. There was one man in line ahead of us and a woman behind us, a total of three orders. We ended up getting our food first, 20 minutes later. The fries were hard and cold and the burgers were cold and had the wrong toppings. They also forgot to give us our drinks, which we could’ve filled while we were waiting 20 minutes for a simple order. Really really not impressed. It’s early evening on a Sunday, and I don’t know why our food would come out cold or why it took so long. All of us waiting were the only people there. I also saw the employee who was preparing our food touching her hair with her gloves on. I recommend going probably anywhere else if you truly want fast food that’s warm and...
