Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Town of Vienna

Tempted to not even give one star! Ever since this Rocky's opened there have been numerous issues with our order ... late delivery, missing product, undercooked, overcooked... you get the picture. But we love Rocky's and keep hoping for a decent outcome. As a long time retail manager I hate complaining and really like to give people a chance. But after our last order ... never again! It was 2.5 hours late! The driver showed up once and left because he forget part of the order. After he showed up the first time I called spoke to a woman and she explained what happened and told me she would compensate us. After the order was finally delivered I checked my bank account and found that I had been charged the entire amount! I called back and spoke to the "manager". I explained the situation and asked how he would handle the promised compensation. He proceeded to lash out and say there was absolutely nothing he could do! I was irritated beyond belief. When we received the entire order one pizza was underdone and the other was completely torched. I called once again the next morning and left my name and number for the OWNER to call. I didn't receive a call until 2 days later ... and remarkably the gentleman sounded very much like the previous "manager " I had spoken too. He told me that he would have the manager on duty that evening reimburse me and that she would call that afternoon when her shift started. Never got a call. I can understand that it's very difficult to get quality people nowadays. However, if the owner of this particular establishment would like any further business from me I suggest a little more involvement on his or her part to upgrade the operation. I've spoken to several friends in the area and your local customer base...

Hands down, the WORST Rocky's I've ever had in my life. We ordered a large, stuffed crust pizza for carryout, and it was extremely overcooked, not actually charred but pretty darn close, and VERY dry. The pizza itself was like a thin-crust, not at all a typical Rocky's pizza from other locations...pretty much half the amount of actual pizza you typically get due to how thin it was. It was also cut really goofy; every other Rocky's I've ordered from (and I've eaten a lot of Rocky's), a large has 8 pieces, cut into 2 rows of 4...this place inexplicably cut it into 12 really small pieces so there were two pieces in the middle that didn't have any crust.

The dining area was DISGUSTING. Could not find a single booth or table to wait at that didn't have nastiness all over it. Had to choose the least worst table and wipe it down ourselves so we had someplace to sit while we waited the half-hour it took to be prepared...luckily had wet wipes with us to do so. While we were waiting watched a couple of other people that obviously had intended to dine-in end up going out to their car to eat because they didn't feel like bussing their own table first. Everything was sticky...just GROSS.

Normally have good experiences at Rocky's, but never had been to this location before and definitely won't be back. Better off going to the Rocky's in Waunakee or Sun Prairie...both produce FAR...

My husband has been telling me how good this pizza is and for the first time I tried it. The wrost pizza I've ever tried. We called the order in on 07/14/2025 @ 5:00pm we were told the pizza would be ready in 30 minutes, we got to Rocky Rocco pizza in Deforest WI at 5:35pm. We waited at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to help us. When the kid did come the counter his hair was messy and only a very small amount in a pony tail the rest of his hair hanging around his face, he tells us the pizza wasn't ready it will be another 5 to 12 minutes. We go sit and wait time goes by we hear nothing so we wait about 25 minutes later my husband walks up to the counter and asks is the pizza ready the young kid who helped him had no idea what he was talking about. So he goes to ask the messy haired kid and he disrespectful tells the kid over there very rudely. The kid gets our pizza and hands it to my husband we leave. We got back to our hotel with the two pizzas mind not cheap either, one was the works the other mother load. They where not completely cooked the dough was raw and the edges where burnt. I wouldn't recommend this pizza to anyone. If I'm gonna eat pizza again it will be Domino's it has better flavor, cooked completely and the people at dominoes treats you like a person not like your...
