I was waiting outside for the store to open, which I had no problem doing. At 8:00AM the lady working, Dawn, unlocked the doors. So I proceeded to get out of my vehicle and walk inside. The second I get inside, Dawn says to me in a very disrespectful manner that they are not open yet. So I asked if she wanted to re-lock the doors and unlock them again when she is open. (But realistically it was 8:00AM, the time they are scheduled to open, and she is the one that unlocked the doors.) At this point in an even more angry tone she asks me if she wants me to have her drop everything, stop opening the store so she can help me. I simply said, “No. But I sure don’t appreciate her attitude. To which she replies with, “we’ll go somewhere else then!” Again, in a not so very nice way. So I go outside to my car where my brother was sitting in the passenger seat and he asked me what’s going on. I told him what had just happened, so he decided to go inside and try to talk with her since he is a GM at a chain restaurant and he can possibly get a better understanding of where the issue is. So he goes inside and immediately asks for her name so he can talk to her by name respectfully. And after stating she was the district manager and her name is Dawn, she starts yelling at my brother saying that I came in before they were open to which my brother replies with, I work in the industry and I couldn’t imagine having a job after talking to customers like that. To which she demands he get out of the store as well. My jaw dropped. I couldn’t believe what happened. I understand people having bad days. But this was way over the top and for no reason. I don’t care what your title is in the company. But you would think the higher up in the company someone is, the higher the standard they would hold for themselves. Read moreNot sure if it was an employee or a manager that yelled at me when I came to pick up my to go order. Ordered on the app & all fountain sodas are “OUT OF STOCK” so I couldn’t pick out a soda. Obviously fountain soda isn’t out of stock, I believe it says OUT OF STOCK when they are out of their small sized cups. I clicked to have chocolate milk as the drinks with the meals being there is no up charge. I paid to “make it a meal” so that includes the cookies AND A DRINK. But being that I couldn’t order any fountain soda, I chose milk. When I went to pick up I was yelled at that I have to pay extra to have a fountain soda when I attempted to grab soda cups. Make it a meal includes the drink, it’s not my fault the app says your soda is out of stock. I paid for the drinks whether it’s chocolate milk or a fountain soda, there is no price difference. Once we got here, we tried a different device and were able to pick the correct location. However, the app would not accept payment. It cancelled out at first, and subsequent tries presented an “oops” message. Failing this, the employees could not help us and honor the deal.
