Arby's — Restaurant in DeFuniak Springs

This does not qualify as fast food and I see why. Why must I wait over 45 minutes for a $5 meal? Update: So after waiting for an additional 5mins I stepped inside to see if they somehow forgot about me, I saw the little lady that took my order at the window and told me to pull up and wait and got her attention. She was very polite/ apologetic and explained that they were a little backed up and understaffed and still waiting for the chicken to come out of the fryer. Before I even got a chance to say anything back to her, the lady at the counter (Mistique) started yelling at me very rudely and aggressively. "DO YOU WANT A REFUND?" DO YOU WANT A REFUND!!! In front of all the other individuals in line. I responded sure. She proceeded to take 2 additional orders as I stood there waiting until the previous young lady came and said "your order is now ready I can give it to you if you'd like" and I said yes, thank you!! She should be the one upfront with such great customer service, but that other lady (Mistique) is definitely making this place lose great potential and current customers. She should be retrained on what front desk customer service should be, especially if the restaurant is at the wrong. The only reason why I took the food and did not make a scene is because of the other young lady. I should've taken her name, but she has about 3 to 4 nose piercings. Very professional...

The place is mostly nice with plenty of parking and seating inside. I went here with two family members and the cashier was great. My biggest issue was the food.

My sister and I have allergies, so it is very important for our orders not to get messed up in order to not have a reaction. Arby’s usually does good, but today my order had both sesame seeds and cheddar on the bottom of the bun. I ended up taking it home to give to my brother.

I don’t think they clean their workspace at all. We even told the cashier that my sister and I are badly allergic to sesame seeds. If I had eaten them, I very well could have died. We did not tell him about our dairy allergies, but we ordered sandwiches with no cheese included, so there should not have even been the possibility of getting cheddar on the bottom. I do not suggest going here if you have allergies.

Further, the table we picked was clean, but the chairs looked like things had been spilled on them or bugs had been living on them and were very dirty. This is the worst experience I have ever had...

If I could give them zero stars for service I would!! Whoever was there on the night of Monday 10/9/2013 completely ignored me. They weren’t closed. I checked online and it said they didn’t close for another hour, and the front door said they didn’t close for another 2 hours. I went there at 10pm just wanting a shake. I went up to the drive thru speaker and sat there for 10 minutes with no answer, I even said hello multiple times, even honked my horn. Then I tried calling, again no answer. Then I went to the front door to see if they were closed but they weren’t. The drive thru was still open but the dinning room was not otherwise I would’ve gone in, but then I went back to the speaker and said hello a few more times and waited for another 5 minutes and nothing. If you go here within an hour before closing hell even 2 hours they will hide in the back and completely ignore you until you leave.
