If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would! This place was filthy, my food was under cooked and the bathroom was so nasty you would think it was an abandoned building. The employees were very unprofessional and all looked as though they had not bathed in days, if not longer. I started my complaint very calm and very civil, that is until one of the employees unfortunately thought it was a good idea to get cute and smart mouthed with me, while apparently assuming that I didn’t have any ‘Karen’ in me. She then walked away. I then asked (a different employee) to speak to a manger, another (male) employee looked up and then quickly disappeared into the back room off of the kitchen. I then asked the same employee if that was the manager that walked away when I asked for the manager and she said he was and I had to ask her to go ask him to come speak with me. I would really like to know who owns this store or who the REAL manager is because the manager on duty gave me a fake phone number when I asked for his boss’s phone number. When I mentioned how nasty and filthy the dining room and bathrooms are the excuse was “we haven’t had time to clean them because we’ve been so busy”. Although, we were the ONLY customers in the building during our visit and two of the four employees were standing out back, with the back door open, smoking cigarettes (but they didn’t have time to clean the dining room or the bathrooms). I also watched an (older) female employee come in the (propped) open back door as she blew cigarette smoke out of her mouth and go straight to the food preparation area and start handling food/food prep supplies without washing her hands. As for the bathroom photo, I realize that this is something that could have occurred very shortly before I entered the bathroom. But, the entire bathroom was filthy and it was very apparent that it had not been attended to for a lengthy period of time that day if any at all. We spent $37 at this store for 2 adults and one child and what little we did eat, wasn’t worth the paper it was wrapped in. We all ended up abandoning our meals and cutting our loses. I have included two of several photos that we have. These two photos should really be all that is needed for a decision to be made of whether or not this is your kind of dining. Read moreI don't know what's going on with Burger King. I do know that I tried their corporate phone number, which rang once and then disconnected and I tried the email that they advertise for CS, and it's not any good.
This is not a good look for a cooperation this size.
I ordered something on the app and I've ordered it a few times before. It's kind of my favorite sandwich and when I went to pick it up I was informed at the drive through window that it's no longer available. Bear in mind that this item was on the online menu and is also still on all the signs at the store.
So I was informed by the lady at the DT window that I had to get my refund on the app. I asked why it's still available on the menu if it's not available to order and she yells out MANAGER! and a young man comes to the window and basically tells me there's nothing he can do, that I need to get my refund on the app.
So I went down the road to Whataburger to get my food, and while I'm sitting there waiting, I go on the app to try to find out how to get a refund. It's impossible ... that's when I tried the phone number and ultimately the email address that's advertised. No help. None of the information was correct.
So I called the store back. The same woman that waited on me at the drive through window answered the phone, and I started telling her that I wasn't able to find a route to get a refund and she said, "yeah, you have to get to refund through the app."
I said, well, I tried that, and I continue to tell her that I also tried the phone number and the email address and nothing worked and it was several seconds before I realized that she had hung up on me immediately after she spoke and I was talking to myself.
So that was a mistake because I had to go right by there to get home and needless to say, I laid rubber in the parking lot at Whataburger to get there ... expeditiously.
Long story short, the manager gave me a direct number for the district manager and she instructed the people behind the counter to give me a cash refund.
I got my money and I went on my way and my parting words were "I'm really sorry to see that sandwich go, because I really like it." I was still trying to avoid being a jerk, even though I felt like jerkiness was exactly what was needed.
It was then that he told me that the reason it's not available is because it's going to become a permanent part of the menu.

Read moreWe go to this restaurant about once a week and usually the service is great and the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting but in the last couple weeks cleanliness has been an issue. Someone is not cleaning the floors and there are things on the floor and unused tables and chairs (food, garbage, and even what looks to be rat droppings) not being cleaned up. This store needs a deep clean and someone to keep it clean. We reported this to corporate today and received a very disturbing phone call from the manager saying that we were lying. We went back to the restaurant to show her what we were talking about and to give her a heads up about it but she would have none of it and kicked us out of the store still insisting that we were lying and just trying to cause trouble. We are just trying to help. The floors and the walls need scrubbed and possibly even the tables. They have part of the store blocked off storing the chairs and tables that are not to be used and even those and the floor under them are covered in food and dust and rat droppings. The walls and floor where the customers eat are filthy and the floor under the fountain dispenser was a mess as well (nobody is using that area right now...
