Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Del City

The parking lot is really tight on the south end it's hard to back out of the last spot where you order there's a big dumpster behind the last spot and 2 big trucks parked lined up behind the other spaces where you park and order there is no drive thru the parking lot is dirty trash everywhere the girl on the intercom came on and told me to wait and it took her forever to come back on to take my order and when she did she was rude when the car hop brought me my food I gave her a $20 all I ordered was a burger she said she needed to go get change I waited over 15 minutes I got out of the car to go find her and another lady seen me and said are you wanting your change back too I said yes by then the girl must of seen me out of my car and another women talking to me and figured out what was going on did she really think she could just take our money and we would eventually get tired of waiting and drive off then she came out with both of our change the girls working here are shady I will never come back and my burger was a mess looks like they they played catch with it then threw it down and then stepped on it and the bottom bun was soaking wet I wasn't going to eat it because I felt it was unsafe and it looked nasty and I was nothing but calm and nice through this whole ordeal so not sure why the rudeness and why my burger came out...

Make sure your order is complete no matter how small. The worst soft serve ice cream ever it was runny and tasted weird... the employee seemed nice but should of told us the ice cream wasn’t ready yet. IMO Sonic food and drinks in general are not even close to being as good as they were 5 years ago. We need to ban together and boycott fast food in general until they get it together and stop selling worthless product and not caring about the consumer.

After reading other costumer reviews I am very dissatisfied with the response given by sonic for other poor reviews. Sonic pretty much responds with a sorry bout your bad experience hope it’s better next time. I translate that to mean your opinion means nothing to us because we know you will be back to one of our locations regardless of this experience...... this is not ok and bad business to practice. No one wants to spend their money at a place that doesn’t respect them or appreciate...

Horrible experience, wish I had read the reviews on this particular sonic. I normally love sonic but this location is a big no for me. Put in my order through the app and waited 25 minutes after arrival to get my food. Had to call the sonic because the screen told me a car hop was on the way with my food but instead I waited another 7 minutes to get my food. This was supposed to be a quick stop as I had another destination I needed to make it to but instead from 3pm- 3:25 I sat and waited for my food. On top of that they do not read their tickets. Got a buffalo wing combo and there was hardly any buffalo sauce, no ranch which I had ordered, and no utensils. Also had a burger in which was supposed to be no pickle, add onion, and instead of this we ended up with a burger with pickles, no onion, and a single jalapeno on it for some reason?
