I expected more because of the ratings and being that I'm close to Mexico. The menu wasn't too detailed. It seems like its family owned. Looks like I'm at an aunts house in her kitcken but there's a Buffett bar and a lot of tables. It was a little awkward choosing a table, there was so many empty. Food took awhile to get out, but I was being patient because sometimes you have to if you expect for to be good. Its a restaurant, not a McDonald's so it takes awhile. It is a little comforting, like a familys home, like you asked your abuelta to make something for you cause your hungry. It tastes like eating from your own kitcken. But, I expected better because its a restaurant. So, its okay. I may not want to eat here again, but it was a good one...

The tacos were served with plenty of food. The only recommendation I made was to not put Salsa de Chile in the Guisado and I was told that's how it came. The tacos Nortenos were delicious, well seasoned meat and simply topped with onions and cilantro. The caldo de res was one of the best bowls of caldo I've had! It was so well seasoned and comforting to eat. We'll be back for that again! The service was great, very friendly....
