I ordered online, got a call from the server due to oven maintenance two of my subs could not be made, another product was not available so, I requested a refund, he was rude condescending and was demeaning me as a customer, stated refund will take a week for my money. I asked for the manager he declined, I asked for the manager's name he declined, I asked for his name he declined, I asked him to do his job he said no then he hung up on me, refused to answer my call back. I cant cancel my order, I can't have my products, and he won't even answer my calls. I didn't know the subway was this way, I didn't expect this store to decline customers to give their money back. every time I try to talk he would cut me off, he said he was just doing his job to understand him, when I asked him to understand the frustration of a customer he was not willing to listen and cut me off.
