It was my first time visiting this place and the last. Service was absolutely horrible they didn’t have an item that we ordered, when they clearly asked each other if there was “some” before we completed our order.They did let us pick another item which fixed that problem. They did not have sweet tea, one of there signature items and the employee rudely said “We don’t have it , your going to have to wait cause I have to make it.” Or something of the sort. There is different ways of going about it. I was actually shocked with wording of how things were said, and would say they need to work on customer service. The food was taken out to us and even with that experience the food wasn’t all that bad. I was honestly worried on how the food was going to be and regretted even ordering. I'd consider it a del rio hidden gem! We only just discovered it. It kind of gets overshadowed by the more-known Arby's and Papa john's, but im glad we decided to try this place out! The food is delicious and im obsessed with the lemon blueberry cookies! Parking for the whole strip is really sad tho, and the drive thru isn't really a drive thru, its for doordash or something. Little confusing at first but I prefer to go inside anyway lol its cozy and spacious inside! I assumed it was more fast food style cause if the vibe, but its not...
