The grilled chicken breast was rubbery and flavorless. The teriyaki sauce, which the cashier had to obtain permission to give me made it edible. My colleague and I both ordered unsweetened iced tea and heeded the warning sign about the beverage station being closed to all but employees. We requested new, unsweetened tea which the cashier sniffed and advised that it might not be correct still. The bathrooms were closed, even to customers and we were advised that it was due to regulatory requirements, yet referred to the Starbucks next door. The food is good but the rating is for their bad customer service. I called in a phone order and I was told it would be about 20mins. I go to the restaurant, I paid for my order and was told it was going to be a few mins longer. Seriously 10 or 11 orders were after me and everyone of them received their orders first. How is that possible? Every order after me were multiple orders. There were 3 cooks 2 ladies at the register and 1 lady bagging the food. I walked in this place and what caught my eye was their Christmas spirit. It's very refreshing to see their Christmas decor, it definitely feels like December here. The staff is amazing!
