2021 So, my husband and I ordered a couple of drinks at this location. We got our drinks and they tasted nothing like they were suppose to. We went around and got to the window to let the girl know. She proceeds to ask what kind of drinks they were and I told her. Then she asked for me to hand her the drinks back and she threw the drinks away and used the same cup to put the remade drinks in. I honestly cannot with people.

November 2023 I waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes to get my drink and cakepop. When I get to the window the girl hands me the drink and it felt light in weight so I opened it really quick. I see chocolate shavings on top(I ordered a white chocolate mocha hot) obviously the taste was off too and she handed me a chocolate cake pop and I asked for a pink one. By the time I checked the bag I was already driving out the drive-thru. I decided to go inside only for one of the employees to try and gaslight me right away. I had mentioned how my drink had chocolate shavings and how it was too dark. He said that the drink is that color because it has coffee in it. I said that I KNOW WHAT THAT DRINK IS SUPPOSE TO LOOK LIKE AS i have ordered it for MANY YEARS. He did remake it but I will not be coming back again. Read moreI’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but my recent experience left a bad taste in my mouth and it had nothing to do with the coffee.
I ordered a drink with a syrup substitution that was 80 cents less than the standard brown sugar, and the manager on duty, Mark, made an unnecessary scene about it. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he escalated it, acting as though I was trying to cheat the system over a price difference in Starbucks' own menu. He even went so far as to mention involving corporate over a syrup change.
This kind of overreaction is not what I expect from a brand that prides itself on customer service. A minor discrepancy could’ve been handled calmly, with a smile and perhaps a simple explanation.

I’m very appreciative that they did. It’s the little things to the friendly greetings as you walk in, helping other customers with the app in front of you , to making your drink absolutely delicious, that make you want to come back to this location for your next beverage or breakfast item.
