In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Delano

I am a previous associate for In-N-Out Burger. I worked for the company for over 17 years. We use to pride ourselves in Fresh produce and customer's SATISFACTION!!! Lately, In-N-Out has been LACKING! We were on our way home from a UCSB Campus visit and decided to get a bite to eat at the newer location of In-N-Out Burger in Delano. We ordered our usual burgers and fries and of course, drinks. We ordered inside to go. The girl taking my order at the front register seemed very distracted. She was looking all around me but not at me. She didn't even repeat my order just said my total??? I asked her to please repeat my order so I can make sure I had ordered everything correctly for my family. With a deep sigh....she repeated my order. We got our order and proceeded to our car and on the road. I had ordered a cheeseburger with onion, extra cheese, NO SALT, Well done on a lightly toasted bun, ff light and a large diet coke. My husband ordered a DD whole gr onion, add pickle ,no tomatoes and a Ff light and a large coke. Our daughter ordered a cheeseburger light spread, light pickle, light lettuce only NO SALT, WELL DONE and on a lightly toasted bun. And regular fries with a small pink lemonade. First off, The lettuce was NOT GREEN! It was pure LETTUCE SPINE WITH A BITTER TASTE TO IT. SEcondly, our lightly toasted buns were crisp with burnt edges!!! And Lastly, My extra cheese was nowhere to be found!!! JUST TO BE CLEAR, NOT ALL IN- N- OUT BURGER'S SERVE FOOD LIKE THIS! I believe, it's all in the training! You get what you pay for. So, just be aware of looking over your food before proceeding to leave. THIS STORE DID NOT IMPRESS! I love In-N-Out, but I want THE QUALITY I CAN TASTE AND THE IMAGE...

We were really hungry just before midnight on a road trip. We ordered burgers & a Fry. The women asked "if we wanted hot peppers?" my wife responded "No. Just ketchup & In & Out sauce." Eager to get home, we unpacked the meal and down the road, she found it was full of peppers, unable to remove the small pieces, she had to resort to spitting it out of the window & throwing the rest away. It is too expensive but it makes you wonder if she ignored the answer, just for fun. Never going back...

Clovis and Herndon Ave. Always on point. Those kids are always movin and groovin, Memories of Mel's Diner in Visalia, looked like the Friday Night place to be on Thursday. The qtr. mile line signals quality people are willing to wait for, but these employees are always on point, shoulder to shoulder, Our Fav Drive thru, They practice KISS and the prices are still Reasonable! Great Hamburger, Fresh Frues, Soda a lil ways evenly balanced and cold, Milkshakes tasty, GO IN & OUT...
