First a foremost the food was amazing for the price, I’ve seen other reviews and I don’t agree with most of what they say. But then again maybe they live their lives being bitter and tend to complain about everything. I saw a review about a certain waitress that is far from what I experienced. For one it is not okay to take a photo of them let alone their name tag and blast them on a review. If you had an issue with their service be an adult and let their manager know. Please don’t put their name out like that as it could have caused issues for them. I get expressing your opinion about your experience but don’t ever post a persons identity without permission. And the reviewer complained about the person rushing them saying this “ And also she seemed to be rushing us, as in the way she kept saying "is that gonna be it?" That didnt go over well with us.” Customers tend to take their sweet time or order half the menu and get mad when the order takes long or the order is wrong. And in all honesty I don’t think she was rushing it was more of just asking to make sure their order was complete. Because I’ve had waiters that ask that same question over and over again and it’s to make sure the customer gets what they need and to make sure they have everything you want to order. I’ve worked in the food industry and I know how people can take you asking “is that gonna be it” the wrong way, but how else is the waiter/waitress supposed to take their order. It would be rude not to ask the customer at all if that was going to be all for their order. And secondly they complained about the food size, what the waiter or waitress thinks is probably a big portion may not be the case for the customer, so don’t complain about it being smaller than expected because everyone’s portion size is different.
As for my experience with her she was amazing. I never once felt rushed when she asked me, and she always double checked to make sure my order was correct as anyone should to avoid these idiotic comments. And she kept checking on me to see if the food was good or if I need anything else, And I hope I get served by her again so I can tell her she is doing amazing. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent dining experience at your restaurant, which unfortunately did not meet the standards of service and accommodation I had expected.
On December 23, 2023, at 7:00 PM, I visited your establishment, specifically requesting a low or no-salt meal due to my medical dietary restrictions. The server, who seemed pleasant and understanding, took my order of a veggie ramen bowl and a side of chicken, explicitly requested to be prepared without salt.
To my disappointment, the chicken served was extremely salty, making it inedible for me. When I politely requested a substitution or resolution, I was informed that no changes could be made in the absence of the owner. Furthermore, I was told that I would still be charged for the chicken, despite it being unsuitable for my dietary needs. This left me both financially and nutritionally disadvantaged, as my medical condition requires a specific dietary intake, particularly in protein.
As a customer, I understand that mistakes can happen. However, the unwillingness to offer a solution or acknowledge the oversight was disheartening. I had chosen Ten Gu Ramen in the expectation of a pleasant dining experience that could cater to my health requirements, and I left feeling both disrespected and unvalued.
The purpose of my complaint is to bring to light this matter, not only as a dissatisfied customer but also in the hope that this feedback will encourage a more flexible and customer-centric approach in the future, especially for those with specific dietary needs.

When we arrived it was starting to get packed. We waiting about 5 min to be seated. Waited another 10 min to place our drink order. After we placed our order we waiting about 30 min for it. Our order came out but only my husband's food and our appetizers. We thought mine was running behind. We waited another 20 min and nothing. The only reason the waitress came by was because my husband had asked her for Wasabi when she first brought his food. It took her 20 min to bring the Wasabi and that's when she realized my food had not been made. Needless to say we walked out of there.
