*I didn't have a pleasant experience, but I did enjoy the food. The customer service needs to be improved.* Pros 1. This entree size was pretty good. 2. The *food tasted delicious.* 3. I like the *fortune cookie* :D Cons 1. *The portions for the side need to increase* (check the image below) 2. *They need to ask if you want any sauce* (like "would you like teriyake sauce on your teriyake chikcen on the top or side?" or "would you like soy sauce or chili today?". 3. *The attitude of the staff need to change.* (Today, can they say "welcome to panda" in a more dreadful way? and they just threw the bag on the counter-top and expected me to bag my items because I asked for it to go.)

I know we went late and they were almost closing but at that point why serve the food for money if it's burnt or overcooked. The fried rice had to have been stuck to the pan burnt because my meal had a scraped up burnt peice and the entire thing tasted burnt. The honey walnut was to crispy so it probably had been in there to long. The fresh broccoli beef and the fresh sweet fire servings they did for us were really good. So I'm sure that if we went earlier in the day it would have been better but very soon it would have been trash can food. The staff was nice. Nice making us fresh servings of a couple things. But ill never go late again

I am really embarrassed to know that panda in my hometown is getting worse and worse just look at the pictures I ordered grilled teriyaki chicken and the middle picture shows the grilled teriyaki chicken it’s the leftovers from the grill and look at the Kung pow chicken it’s literally not even to bite sizes and it’s gone look at the noodles they’re all dry well sorry panda but this will be the last time I go to you I will just continue to go to Ono Hawaiian you guys are terrible terrible so sad that your food has gone to array no respect for the customers at all

I'll give two stars because the food taste good. However the service was terrible. We were told five minute wait for our food and told to pull around front. After about 10 minutes someone comes out and tells me they don't have the ingredients to make what I ordered. I asked for my money back. Then another employee comes out and tells me it'll be about 5 minutes. I question why we had to wait 10 mins to be told they don't have the ingredients for someone to come out 3 minutes later to tell me we'll have to wait 5 more minutes for my order to be ready. I question why I had to wait 10 mins for them to come out and lie to me saying they didn't have the ingredients, just to find out they do have the ingredients. The lady then precedes to give me a whole line of excuses and reasons and then tells me that the oil had to be made and that's why they didn't have the ingredients. If you just have to make the oil and you can but don't want to that in fact does not mean you don't have the ingredients. She then tells me the kitchen closes at 10:30 my order was placed late at 10:28 but if you don't want to make the food don't take my money and have me wait for ten minutes before you lie and say you can't make the food I ordered just tell me you are closed. We have been on the road for hours and my 3 small children, husband and my pregnant self were hungry. We could have gotten food alot sooner if we had been told they were closed. However they only decided to make my order after I requested my money back. And to see the employees busting tables and washing windows and taking out trash with your aprons on then going in the kitchen to make the food kinda grossed me out. I'm pretty sure you are supposed to remove your apron when you leave the kitchen due to health code issues but whatever. I really wished I could have been given my money back cause I ended up paying for lies and people who just didn't want to do their job. To make things worse the manger didn't even come out to talk to us and had his employees do it when he was the one who didn't want to make the oil to began with. Super crappy service. Put in an order for delivery today. We ordered some fried rice, chow mein, orange chicken, and chicken teriyaki, with a chicken egg roll and an extra side order of chicken. First we got a call saying they didn't have any chicken teriyaki, they were out and could offer a substitute. So we said ok no problem we can substitute with beef broccoli just with no vegetables. Grossly disappointed. When the food arrived, the order was completely wrong.

First, The food was cold. Mind you they only had to drive a quarter of a mile just to deliver the food, which means it only would've taken a couple minutes to arrive. As there were no traffic lights on the way. Second, There was no beef with the beef broccoli only broccoli. Third, The side order of meat had no meat. Only vegetables even after I specifically mentioned no vegetables and made sure they repeated that I had asked for no vegetables only meat. Next, The rice wasn't even cooked. It was hard and crunchy. Not even close to soft and edible. And the veggies in the rice were mushy like it had been sitting there all day. And lastly but certainly not the least everything was overly greasy.

In conclusion, I've been to some decent Panda Express franchises. I definitely won't be ordering from this particular Panda Express ever again. Nor would I take my family here or recommend this...

I love Panda Express, but this location left a bad taste. I went in at around 7 in the evening and decided to go inside and order instead of the drive-thru. Mistake #1. It seems this location has more employees working the drive-thru window than at the front. I had only one person in front of me but it took us almost ten minutes to even pay. They had one lady asking for the order, getting the chow mein or rice, and then she would just leave the tray in front of the entrees and walk to the back. We had to wait 10 minutes before the cashier finished with first customer, and then she would walk over and put the entrees in the box. No gloves, no washing hands. She had just gotten change to break a 100$ bill for the first customer, and then she proceeded to walk over and finish putting our entrees in our trays, which had been sitting there for a while. Ithink this is the first negative comment I have ever posted, but I think it's best to do so. This location is not even half as good as the location on Rosedale in Bakersfield, and believe me, tjat,'s...
