Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Delavan

Called in for a pickup order and had my son pick it up. Got home, wrong pizza. Called the store and was told the best thing I could do is bring it back and speak with the manager. Went to the store immediately, and as soon as I arrived, a woman with no name tag on came up and without saying a word, took my order out of my hands and took it in the back and told them to redo the order. She came back and only said "It will be 10-15 minutes". I sat down and while waiting. I observed the pizza makers in the back not using gloves while putting on toppings for other orders, but touching the food. When my order was finished, a younger guy brought it out and said "Sorry about that". As I checked the order, the un-nametagged woman leans over and says "Going to check your order before you get home?" I get home and the pizza is not done in the center, it is doughy. The cheese was covering it up. I had to bake it in my oven longer to get it done. So what issues? 1-No apology from Manager. 2-Food taken out of my hand without a word by someone who had no nametag, presumably the manager, 3-food prep with no gloves, 4-smart aleck comment about checking order, 5-Raw dough in center.

Not going back or eating dominos again. It was only 3:45 and did not...

I normally never had a problem with my order. I have placed wing orders multiple times and then called right after placing the order and request to only have wings and not the drumsticks. Now they are telling me I have never heard if us doing this and we aren't going to change the order!!! I even asked to speak to the manager and the girl wouldn't put them on the phone but just came back and said they weren't going to do it. This to me is horrible customer service. I'm sorry but when I know you have done this request for me multiple times in the past and I know I talked to that person before when I recognized their voice, don't tell me they've never heard of this before. My husband might order from there but I will not!! Totally disappointed when I order from there...

So I went into order some pizzas and the lady that took my order came off so rude from the start from correcting me in every possible way she could think of in a rude way. I mean there's a polite way in telling someone sorry this PAN pizza doesn't come in a Large or Deluxe and Supreme are 2 different things. Canadian bacon and ham are two different things, but come on seriously are you trying to make me walk out? I was this 👌 close to leaving, but I'm a Mom with 2 hungry kids waiting at home after a hard day's of work all I wanted to do is come in order some¹ pizzas and be on my way. I was having a hard time with my own ADHD focusing on all her insults as to correcting every little thing possible in a rude way. I won't be back in here to order...
