First, let me begin by saying that my husband and I own a garage in the state of Georgia. So this review is solely based on our experience was while attempting to buy a tire while in Wisconsin.
My sister in law drove in from Indiana and my husband and I flew in from Atlanta for a small family gathering. Her tire had been repaired prior to leaving Indiana. While in Wisconsin, that same tire went flat. It was Saturday night and no one was open.
After looking for tire shops, we chose Farm & Fleet in Delavan to replace the tire. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Bob. I explained our situation, and while I was telling him we needed one tire, maybe two tires, he was busily getting me a quote for four tires, an alignment, etc. at $460+ dollars. I asked if his schedule was full or if we needed to wait. He informed me that his schedule was “wide open.” I told him I’d be there in 10 minutes. Upon arriving, Bob was on the phone, on speaker I might add, with a gentleman with an accent. He kept trying to up sell and was having a difficult time understanding. Twenty minutes in, he finally hands the conversation over to another employee and proceeds to help the customer that came in AFTER us. He obviously was known to him, as he called him by name. He then proceeded to begin questioning my husband and it took an additional 30 min for this man to create a new quote for two tires, go see if they were in stock and that it would be 11 am, TWO HOURS, before he could put the tires on! NO ONE was in line, the employee, Alejandro, who said nothing to us, so not exactly an issue with our problem, wasn’t servicing any vehicle and were dumbfounded by Bob’s response! Seriously! We just wasted an hour on your nonsense!! You people need to either retrain or replace! As business owners, we would either fire or no longer be...

After giving customer service my contact information Georgette from the Delavan location reached out to me the next day! I was totally shocked and pleasantly surprised. She reiterated the store's policy about not refunding food but said I should have been allowed to exchange my unedible candy to something I could eat. She rectified the issue and I could not be happier. She knew who the customer service employee I dealt with was and informed me she would be educated in regards to the proper resolution to my issue. I will continue to shop at this location.
This place is a joke! Do not buy grocery items at this location, they do not stand behind the quality of food stuff they sell at their own store. I was in the store over the weekend and it was close to closing time and my blood sugar was low so I bought a small bag of the orange circus peanut marshmallow things for a whole whopping $1.49 to eat. I was hurrying up and did not pay attention but when I got to my car I opened them up and noticed they were as hard as a rock. I still attempted to eat one and had to spit it out for fear of breaking my teeth, no joke. I went back to the store two days later with my receipt and the almost full bag of circus peanuts and explained to the customer service lady how hard they were and told her to feel them, which she did not. I asked her if I could exchange them for something else off the $1.49 candy rack at every register and she explained that they do not offer refunds on food!?!? I was not even asking for my money back but just replace them with something I could actually eat! Why do they even sell grocery items if they are not going to stand behind the quality of the items they are selling? Walmart and Piggly Wiggly...
Read morePlaced an online order to a lawn mower. I didn't receive a order ready email within a few hours but I was going to be passing by the store so I figured I'd stop in. In order to get help I had to interrupt the employee who was working in the department who was socializing with friends and clearly seemed bothered that a customer wanted assistance. The employee directed me to the customer service area where it took three employees to find my order in the system only to be told it wasn't ready yet. Ok, I knew that may be the case because I hadn't received the email. Instead of asking me to wait they said I could come back in 3-5 hours when they'd have time to grab it. I'm intrigued by this because had I been a customer just walking in to buy a mower I'm fairly certain they'd have just grabbed it for me. I don't want to be "that customer" and I had other errands to do so I figure I'll just come back on my way home. A few hours later I get an email telling me my orders been cancelled. I stopped back by, wait for another employee to stop socializing and ask about the lawn mower. I get told they can have it right up......I tell them I 'll pass and leave. Basically if you want to be ignored and lied to and ultimately never receive your item, great store. Only reason its getting one star is the prices were fair, store was clean and organized and even though the were absolutely no help, there were actually lots of employees. Unfortunately, in the end it'll be the last time I ever step foot in...
