If you have more than one account they don’t helps you pay off the account that has the highest interest rate instead of putting the money you put down to pay off one account with the highest interest rate faster. They just divide payments equally and leaves you stuck with smallest interest rate account being paid off fast and leaving you stuck with higher interest rate account. Even though you paid extra to have higher interest rate account paid off before small interest rate account. Do not recommend. I will never go back to them again.
